Appearance:
Chojiro is 5 feet tall and with his muscular build, his weight is 108 pounds. He has light blue eyes with a slit down the middle and freckles on his right cheek. His skin is tan colored from spending most of his time enjoying nature. Like most Inuzaka, He has the pronounced canine teeth, the red claw marks on both cheeks, and nails that he can use as claws. Chojiro's black hair is unkempt and rather wild looking but is about shoulder length long. He wears his headband tied around his right arm above the elbow, mostly to annoy his sister. Most likely he will be wearing a green t-shirt with black pants and ninja sandals. He is always seen accompanied by his canine partner "Akuma", who is currently a black wolf pup.
Personality:
Chojiro is rather talkative and easy going. His attittude and outlook is always cheery and uplifting. He is constantly trying to get his sister to come out of her shell and open up a bit. He gets easily distracted while taking trips in new areas of open land he has never seen before and gets an urge to want to explore it all. While in cities he tends to close up a bit since he is overcome with a feeling of being caged in. He tends to get annoyed with loud people since he sees them as ruining the calm of nature around him. He is very loyal to team, family, clan, friends, and village and willing to lay down his life to protect it. Though he teases her contantly, Rika is a very important part of Chojiro's life and feels lost if seperated from her for an extended period of time.

Background

History:
Shortly after Rika was born, Mizu and Kori Inuzaka were surprised to find out that they were not done yet, and a second child was born. This one a male was named Chojiro Inuzaka, and the couple felt extremely blessed to not only have one child but two. Though it was pouring outside, the happiness was able to drown out any thoughts of the rain in the medical tent. Rika being the first child born was the one expected to lead the clan but some feared that with them being twins it may cause some conflict over who should succeed as clan leader. Chojiro was closely watched over until the age of three when he started his training into the clans ways with his sister.
While Rika had the attention of their mother, Chojiro had the attention of their father. He would constantly want to follow him any chance he got and wanted to try everything he did. He would play with hi fathers wolves in the back yard with his sister but noticed her seemingly growing resentment towards him over the attention that he received from their father, but little did she know, he was a bit resentful of her over the attention she received from their mother. The beginning of their rivalry started on their 6th birthday when Chojiro received a katana from their father. It resembled the one that father carried and Chojiro always loved to look at it and would always try to catch a glimpse of it whenever father was home. This did not sit well with Rika but Chojiro was to excited to notice her sadness. He would also beg their father to take him outside the village walls so he could run free and enjoy the surrounding areas. Chojiro always made a point to train in his tracking, speed, and strength by running through the fields and climbing everything in his quests of "exploration".

At 8 years old, it was decided time to be partnered with a canine companion before entering into the academy. They have long since known of their proud clans heritage of working side-by-side with canines, and the power found in having such an ally. He spent the morning of this birthday with his sister and both chattering over the excitement over finally receiving their canine partners and their upcoming entrance to the academy. Though they did argue over who would do better and core higher grades. Chojiro's gift and partner was a black fluffy wolf pup named "Akuma". Chojiro would spend a year bonding and playing with the puppy before he would actually enter the academy.
Chojiro showed up to his first day of school extremely excited and constantly greeted everyone. He kept his katana strapped to his back and a pouch of ninja tools in a hip pouch on his right side. He registered for all the same classes that his sister did but quickly came to realize that he was not cut out to well for ninjutsu. This troubled Chojiro greatly as he saw himself quickly falling behind his sister but no matter how much he tried, he could not channal his chakra high enough to create the desired amount needed to perform the jutsus. His instructor did notice that despite his troubles his control of chakra was perfect and made arrangements to have him transfered to the genjutsu class room. At first this made Chojiro uncomfortable since he had never really been seperated from his sister like this before, and was embarassed because he could not think of any Inuzakas that were good at genjutsu. Akuma noticed his uncomfortability and tried his best to keep his spirits up and it was after he successfully used his first genjutsu that he realized that this was the proper class for him.

Though he was a quick study in the class room, Chojiro would constantly be caught day dreaming and longed for his outdoor classes. Akuma also hared in this desire, and would put on an act of needing to go out for the washroom, which allowed the two some break time in order to get some air. While Rika was doing her private training, Chojiro would be taking the oppertunity to socialize with the other classmates and excelled in sports and other athletic events. Once Rika was finished he would always walk home with her and talk about his day.

When the genin test application was handed out, everyone was surprised to see Chojiros name on it. The instructors would try to talk him out of it, seeing how they saw him as unready and unprepared due to his grades. He had not taken or offered the advanced classes that his sister was offered nor did he care but he knew he definitly was not going to allow her to graduate first. The day of the test Chojiro walked in and was one of the last to finish. To everyones surprise he scored a 95%, though he was angered that his sister beat him, and quickly came a challange that he must have cheated. Instead of regiving him a knew exam, The proctors gave him a chalange to perform the basic Academy jutsus. With a bit of problem he, was able to perform this task and the proctors were left with no choice but to pass him. Chojiro was angered a bit that since it took a few more days to get his re-exam, technically Rika was the youngest grade of the class, even though he was 10 also. There was no celebration of his graduation since there was still belief that he had to of cheated. His parents were very proud of him none the less and thus Chojiro's aim to be opposite of his sister in defiance.
Chojiro reported back to class for class assignment and could feel all the stares of the other students on him. He would only reply with a smile and wave, which aggrivated most people. He walked over to a desk in the back of the class room and propped his feet up on it and just sat there waiting to see which squad they were going to put him into.

Juujin Bunshin is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka clan. First the clan member and the familiar may ingest a soldier pill to help their strength and stamina. Then, acting in conjunction with the clan member, the canine familiar will transform themself into a copy of the clan member. While in this form they can accomplish many of the same techniques as the original.

Description: The user is able to bring out the natural electricurrent to their fingertips drawing all the negative charge to one of their hands. This causes their other hand to carry a positive charge. When the two hands are placed near each other, The electricity arcs from one hand to the other. Any target within earshot of the sound of the arcing electricity is then placed in a genjutsu where they are in total darkness. Then suddenly out of the darkness a lightning will strike them over and over again, each time out of a different location and appearing out of no where from the darkness. This jutsu requires one to use quite a bit of chakra and the need to maintain the electrical arcing, limiting their ability to fight another opponent.

This technique is in need of a slight drawback as well. Though the effect is descent, I'd like to require you to have some sort of drawback as well. Something of this nature wouldn't need a big limiting factor. Perhaps, just preparation time, or a number of times it can be executed before exhausting the user.
