| Asako's house is a traditional japanese house, with large and open rooms and shogi panels are doors. The main consitution of the house is wood, rice paper and stone. There is a small garden at the back of the house which is kept in the traditional ways of japanese gardening. Asako Kabuki lives alone. There is one living room, which serves also as dinner room. There is a kitchen, which is equipped with modern facilities. Next to the living room, there is a library (which serves as office too) and a small weapon and training room. There is one bathroom and two big bedrooms on the first floor along with a small room which serves as attic. - Spoiler:

| Upon entering the home Ojike removes Asako's jacket and places it upon an en-table set to the side of the corridor. As he continues to walk down the hall he realizes that he doesn't know where on Earth her bathroom is. Silently he questions, "Umm.. Asako.. Where's your restroom?" He turns around with a puzzled look upon his face as he continues looking around for any signs of the room.
"Where is it that I am supposed to take the shower?"

| Asako closed the door behind her and showed him the stairs that would take him to the first floor. "Second door to the right. Take your time, I'm going to make some food, since we didn't get a single ramen."
While entered the kitchen and closed the door behind her, only to lean on it and sigh heavily. She was tired. And only hoped for some tea, food and a good sleep later on. What took her of inviting perverted friend in her house? Heck! He would be ready to do anything to end up sleeping at her place. 'No way that's gonna happen!' she thought while taking out a wok and some vegetables. The kunoichi slammed the wok on the worktable and began to cut the vegetables with fast and clear moves and in the next five minutes, the vegetables were cooking, with the little bit of meat she had cut too. She just hoped that the sewing wrok wouldn't be too difficult...Because her friend was an expert in tearing his clothes apart.

| Ojike nods and walks over to the door as he prepares for a bath. Upon entering the room he closes the door behind him and begins to undress. Slowly but surely he removes each of the senbon which rest beneath his skin so that they will not trigger while he was bathing. Soon he finishes with that as he starts the water.
Ojike looks into the mirror for a moment or two as he brushes back his bangs revealing his old scar from his childhood. True, his body was covered with scars. Literally what seems to be hundreds, but this one scar held some meaning to him. It was the one scar that had meant life or death for him at one point. Though, looking back, he thinks that he was foolish and arrogant.

| Asako, done with preparing the food, brought it to the main room and sat put the necessary on the table. Her stomach was growling dangerously and her head felt dizzy. Ojike was taking way too long to take his shower. "..." She sat on her chair and thought for a moment, her chin leaning on her hand. Thinking of it, she didn't know much about her friend. Except that he was sorta family of her apparently, since they shared the same bloodline. That he liked tea, monks, training, fire and being a perv. She never heard him talking of his own past, goals, purposes.
'...He's taking too long for his shower. He's not the one who pays for the bill.' she thought with a groan.

| The cool water runs down the surface of Ojike's body swiftly as the tingling sensation of the water sooths him. To him, a cold bath was the mos efficient way of staying alert. Warm baths are all too often inviting. However, to a normal person, it would be felt as a warm bath nonetheless. His body temprature is warmer than most.
The dirt slowly sifts away from his body as he gently scrubs his torso. the little dibits from where the senton enter his skin remain and feel rigid as his hand slowly brushes over them. He doesn't look down often as he knows, his body is covered with scars of which he chooses to ignore. That was one thing he doesn't speak of all to often. This is for a simple reason, and that reason is, he chooses to not look back, no matter how painful his past may have been.
Soon he turns off the water and reaches from the shower for his towel. Little does he realise that there are no towels in the restroom at this point. He had simply neglected to check before entering the shower. He smirks and laughs softly as he quietly mumbles to himself, "How foolish of me...Haha..."
There he sits upon the restroom countertop waiting for his body to air-dry. It is a much longer method, but he has no other choice. Asako is not near the room and would probably not be able to hear him if he were to try to get her attention. On the other hand, if he were to roam about the house soaking wet, she'd be angry with him for sure. He sees no other choices other than to stay in the restroom and wait for it to happen.
Surely, drip by drip, the water falls from his body. The gentle tingling sensation gives way as his body warms up once more. He combs his hand through his hair slowly so that it may have more ability to dry in the air. He rests his head against the tile wall and closes his eyes as he waits for himself to dry further.

| Net epically died yesterday x.x sorry for the late reply ______________________
Asako tapped with her finger on the table. Ojike was slow. Way too slow for a shinobi who had simply to take a shower.
"..." The food was cold already. She'd have to warm it up probably. And while he would be eating, sew his shirt back into one piece. Or rather sew a new one. That would be more effective and esthetically speaken nicer to look at it. 'Hurry up already, I'm hungry...'

| Ojike begins feeling restless. "She hasn't come by yet...?" He trails off as he moves to his feet. Quietly he peaks his head out through the door in order to check if the coast was clear. With no one appearing to be in the hallway, Ojike walks out and looks around for a closet where she may keep towels.
"She has to have towels around here somewhere..." he whispers to himself with a little frustration in his voice. Just down the corridor is the stairwell. Perhaps, he thinks, he could call out to her for assistance. He slowly creaps down the stairs, covering himself up with merely his pantlegs wrapped around his waist in some sort of vain attempt at a loine cloth. "Asako... Oh, Asako... Would you mind too terribly to hand me a towel?" his voice is loud and booming now. "Asako?"

| Asako grinned and walked over to the stairs and looked over the corner of the door opening. Quickly, she hid behind the wall and giggled behind her hand. She had to admit, seeing her sensei and friend being in this "revealing" situation was rather humourous. Till she realized how much scars she had seen. She breathed in and looked around the corner again. "A towel? Sure."
She passed him, glancing at his chest full of reddish and dark traces of ancient wounds. Then, she climbed the stairs up, opened the door to her room and took out of a drawer some towels. "Hurry up. The food's cold already." she said while she went downstairs again. "And no peeking in my stuff or I'll be sure to skin you alive." she added laughing.

| "I'd bet that you're just loving this, aren't you, Asako?" He grins as he thinks about slapping her rear end playfully. A soft laugh can be heard as he keeps his hand at his side. He silently whispers to himself, "Perhaps another time... " His other hand holds the vase firmly against his body in an attempt to cover up what mystery he has left from this incident.
His hair is drying more quickly now. Beads of water slowly run down his face as the last of it strains from his hair sluggishly. He follows Asako to her room and stands in the doorway in a nonchalant manner - trying to act 'cool'. "Thank you, A-sa-chan." He remarks teasingly as she hands him the towel.

| Asako waited again for Ojike at the table, the food ready and lots of questions burning on her tongue. She wanted to know more about him. Especially from where he had gotten those scars. | |

| Ojike quietly and hastily dried off and then descended the stairwell. The towel is wrapped around his waist as he walked into her living room. Wearing only the towel and his glasses, Ojike walks over to her dining area and sits down next to her table, across from her. "Is something bothering you, A-sa-ko?" | |

| Asako, completely turned back into the cold and distant person she had in the beginning of the day, raised an eyebrow. Yes, it was bothering her that he didn't put his clothes on. Yes, it was bothering her that he was still there and that she still hadn't gotten any answer from him. Yes, it was bothering her that it had to be him who made her so curious. "Don't tempt me to pour your hot, warmed up soup over you, Ojii-san." she mumbled. "No tell me...those scars, how did you get them?"
She took her own bowl and began to eat, trying to take the mesurements of his shoulders and waist for the shirt she'd have to sew for him.

| Ojike smiles for a moment and laughs softly. "Hot soup, you say?" He puts his finger into a bowl of soup and brings it up to his mouth - tasting it. "It would appear that it's gone cold, A-sa-ko." He flicks her forehead lightly as he once again he teases her a little bit.
"These scars were simply something I did to overcome a problem of mine. There is no reason to ask anymore." His facial expression becomes more serious now as he returns his hands to his sides.

| Asako rolled her eyes. "I warmed it up twice for you. I won't warm it up a third time, it's not healthy to do so. Eat it. I might make some rice if you're nice."
She stared at her friend for a while, while playing with the spoon in her hand. "You're gonna tell me what happened." she said with a decisive tone. "I don't know anything about you. How can I call you my friend, if I can barely distinguish what's you or not? The only Ojike I know, is a perverted, happy-go-lucky person, who doesn't seem to care about anything else except for female bodies and food." The kabuki actress frowned and leaned her chin on the back of her hand, the elbow on the table. He annoyed her with turning around the subject, refusing to answer and toying around. She wanted an answer now.

| "Quite the curious one, aren't we?" He pauses for a moment and then continues. "Well, I suppose you can know. There's no harm in knowing why I've done to better myself. Those scars were the results of a special training I endured. A training of which I used to control my ability to withstand pain. I would literally wait until a kunai was burning red, and I would hold it to my skin until the pain lessoned."
He smiles as he points to a scar on his shoulder. "Each and every one of these I did once per day, for several years. Those piercings you saw on my chest... Those were simply there as a precaution. Those senbon, though with the ability to be used as a weapon, also have the ability to displace chakra and limit its entering the body."
Pausing for a moment he takes a drink of tea. "Believe it or not, I used to have many more like them. They are small and circular, and actually, most were covered up by overlapping scars. They're there, however. They were used to stop the chakra from pushing further into my body, and to stop any internal damage that could occur from such training.""

| Asako blinked. Ojike was sure someone; who would even train so that he wouldn't feel pain anymore? Pain was a factor that told your body were your limit was, when you could die, when it was fatal or nothing. It was also a feeling that could sharpen or dull feelings. The special jounin saw pain as something to learn to dominate and not to lose. "...I almost feel like calling you an idiot, but, I'm sure you had your reasons to do so."
She stared at the scar on his shoulder once again and asked randomly: "So, since there are no scars on your face...It means it's your weak point, huh?"
