Explanation behind Alias:

Static Sage was given to me after I didn't feel like fighting a battle but I needed to get past them so I infused electicity to everyone with positive electrons and the ground with negative sticking them to the ground and leaving them there. Other just say that becasue my extensive knowledge and use of electricity! But for Neo persoanlly it is a mode that he can access where actaully becomes something like another person.

Neo has changing eye color depending on his mood!It is naturally a turquoise color, but if he gets mad it turns to a really bright baby blue along with his hair going into a spikey blond hair style even tho his hair naturally jet black and is like a bed head hair stlye.When he gets to that point of being mad he will also get alittle pailer even tho his blood is moving fast throught his veins with an accelerated rate of adrenaline. He wears a long black coat that goes down to his ankles with many kunai hidden throught out the whole thing.He wears a white long sleeve "school boy" shirt that is left open with a black vest under that, he has black straight jeans that are deffinatly not tight but not too baggy with a leather rope holding his pants up.His boots are thick leather with a 1/2 inch of titanium lining the whole thing with sheet on the bottom with little spikes on the bottom, along with gloves with the fingers cut off with a piece of metal on the top part.Neo has a very large tatoo on his back along with two on his wrist.There are also two very fimiliar tatoos on all 4 sides of his abdomen.

Personality:
Neo is naturally a very laid back kid that fights for the only reason that people who get in his way or threaten him or destroy nature! He is actually quiet talented and never has gone all out to defeat anyone and is actually known to give up or just leave if a fight goes on for too long.If Neo gets mad he seems to just turn into a total different person that has unimaginal brute force and speed that would rival anyone's. It looks like his body is takin over and is incased in lightning giving him crazy amount of speed and strenght.

Likes:Pretty Woman, strong fighter, and person that earns there rank or place in society.
Dislikes:People who belive they deserve thing that they hadn't earned at all, people who talk and don't just hurry up and fight, and people who argue and don't even listen to other person and automatically think they are right.
Habits:Go wondering around places to get lost or lie down in random places to relax and look at the sky!

Background

History:
I am 16 year old boy that has secound purest Yurizaki blood running throught his veins. This gives me to naturally produce/control lightning without the use of chakra. My mother taught me eveything she knew including kenjutsu with staffs and Sais, taijutsu, and speed aswell as sleathiness with the speed! She taught me how to flicker with pure speed and to be so very quiet. My father taught me how to control my doujutsu and all the secrets behind the yurizaki eyes and I excelled in lightning to the point that my body naturally produceses it but alot more then a normal human and can control it very very well to the atomic level. My body has come so accustomed to it and well learned I can control raw lightning with out chakra or very little amounts. He also taught me how flicker with seals and chakra, aswell as his kenjutsu with swords, wipes, and shuriken, and taijutsu of his own.I learned how to use the kurisamgama myslef as well as scouting and investigation techniques. Over time he learned many fire and wind techiques.Neo's mother was a anbu in a village and kept her relationship with maru secret and my birth and life a secret with agreement with my father's wishes to keep the Yurizaki from the rest of the world. Me and my father still very much loved her so very much. Then suddenly during a war her quad went out and lets just say they never came back, but also they were never found in body either. My father was devisatedand so was I but lets say my father can bring the world down. I consider myself a slave to my father's will and I like it that way, but I dislike the fighting ,but I'd easily put that aside to bend to his will. So when he want revenge on the world I helped him get it. I can't say I didn't want to either but it was a good excuse to test my power and find my mother throught what ever means necessary! We basically made the entire world go to war and fought. We Re-Drew the entire map!I wanted the Yurizaki to be great-or the greatest ever!I didn't just want to redraw the map I wanted to rule like we rightfully should have and my father had said it many times.But he was all talk and cared too much about the world, the balance and people's lives. So I left the Yurizaki clan and lived in the ghettos. I witnessed the pain,suffering, and pure devotion in there faces.These people had nothing to live for but they were strong in every sence of the word. If one person could just mold them into the own control then they would be unstoppable. That was my plan I took over the Ghetto and brought all these people together and put them under the banner of the Thunder village. They would bring my dream to reality and prove my dad it was the right thing to do! I found out that he had takin over the Eruption and he was in a war and needed my help,so I offered and he turned me down with an insult. So I waited for him to be weak and I attacked,but i failed and we have been sour ever since. He never stops at he chance to insult me and bring me down. After the war I secluded my village from the actual ghetto, but gave myself enemies and protection. My village is on a mountain directly in the middle of the Ghetto and any who dear to enter my village must pass them, but it gives the swine from the ghetto somewhat of advantage on me but none have turned agaisnt me yet. All my comrades that faithfully served me in my attack on my father have come to consider true thunder shinobi.

If you have blaze, you can copy any type of fire jutsu and so one for the other elements) The user can now use second stage psycological genjutsus in ther aresenal howeer there physical strength does not alter.They can now use C-ranked jutsu's corresponding to there eye element.

Description: The users final stage can allow them to use and ranked jutsu corresponding with there eye element. The user seems to see the world in a different way as there able to use 3rd stage psychological genjutsus and there awareness is that of an anbu hound. There strength is now 60% increase from there normal state. The Yurizaki is an taijutsu clan so they developed a corrisponding Taijutsu tech for the Final stage.

(Example Blaze shintekigan Yurizaki mode = A red ominous aura appears around him as he runs at a quick spead his aura leaveing a flame trail behind him. He then punches as his hand ignites with his blaze element dealing a powerful bone crunching fire attack. Diamond = Diamond Skin to be forms and turning arm into diamond lance or what ever be creative. Your aura = your element to be summon at anytime only with taijutsu

Description:This mode is only capable if Neo gets really angery or persoanlly/emotionally effected or is very close to death. When in this mode Neo turns what is known into the Static Sage. His hair goes to a bleach blond and his eyes become a light baby blue and in sence another person takes over with lightning powers and abilities that even blows Neo's out the water. It is said to be the orignal lightning master that tought Maru soul was sealed in to Neo and the seal temporarily breaks to let the master take over Neo's body for a short time.All injures on Neo's body is instantly healed becasue with the lightning mastery the master can make all the cells connect becasue cells are held together by lightning on a cellualr level. The master has a technique like lightning release armor always active when he takes over but his is like 5 times better the Neo's. So the power,devestation and speed behind every movement is mind blowing. But in this form there is no jutsu preformed. Neo is always trying to get back his body so he is kinda fighting Neo in his mind and the phyiscal fight outside so he can't preform jutsu and all his attacks are straight ramming charges where he wants to attack. The only thing he can do is produce alot of lightning aswell and make lightning strike him causing unbelivable devestation around his body without effecting him. But this mode is extremly dangerous and casues a huge toll on Neo's brain and causes amnesia everytime, but the toll become worst and worst so it is very very rarely used.

* 2X Kurisagama(the main one has a sickle on one end, 50 feet of chain and a 50lb. steel ball on the other end, the other one is only 10 feet of chain.(The small one is on his side while the main one is on his back in side his coat.)
* 1X sword that is a yard long that can break right down the middle to make two swords(usally in the sword holder on his back)
*1X staff that is made of steal and is about 5 feet long with a stamp on the top (usally always held in his hand as a walking stick)
*8Xkunai (in the pouch located on the side of his waist)
*8Xshuriken (in the pouch located on the side of his waist)
*20 feet of titanium heat resistant wire (hin his coat usally in one of the slevees otherwise in his pouch)
*2Xsmoke grenades (in the pouch located on the side of his waist)
*2Xset of caltrops (in the pouch located on the side of his waist)
*1X Leather wipe approx 4ft long(wrapped around my waist)
*2X Sai (Are stabbed throught his sword holder to make an "X")

It travels on wind current.

Alrighty, above is shown a technique that would require a 'poison' element. Seeing as you do not have the element in your arsenal, it only makes sense that you remove any poison attributing to the attack.
