Explanation behind Alias: When he gained the title as "Phoenix sage' he gained to new names "The Phoenix Sage" and "Tori" which is the name he uses in his sage mode around people that don't know that it's him.

Appearance:
Ryuu is a tall (6'2") 27 year old male, with semi long silver hair that covers both his eyes and his nose. His eyes are pure white (when the devil's eye isn not active). He is typically sean whering jean like pants that are made of a mixture of Leather and demum. he also wheres a leather jacket that he prefers to keep unziped showing off his very toned body, now and again however he is seen whering a white tee-shirt. He also wheres a pair of blood red gloves, and a black leather neckalece with a silver cross on it to remind him of his past. Ingraved on the back of the cross are the words, "trust is earned, not given." when people ask why he simply remplys with, "it was something my father used to say."

On his twentieth birthday he had taken a short trip to a secret area where it was said he could activate new powers he had never even dreamed of. After gaining his new powers, the legendary "rinnengan" he began training with them more and more by the day. After the birth of his first son Ryuu realized that the new power was passed through his bloodline. After finding this out he created his own small clan and gave it a new name. Now going by "Ryuu Tensei." Over time him and his son have gone through tons of training and have gone to many places in search of power.

Chakra Cross:
The cross on his neck is made of a special metal that usually is used to chanal chakra easier, but do to the special seal placed on it, the cross will seal away portions of Ryuu's chakra unless he needs it. This is to keep him from going into his "Devil's eye" state. So it will take him longer to lose control. The seal on the cross also enhances his hearing and smell. - Do to no longer having the Devil's eye it is just a very important memory of his father now

Gloves:
Ryuu wheres the gloves where ever he is training or fighting. There simple gloves made of a special fabric that is harder to penetrate. Some people comment that when they have attacked him the gloves act like they are made out of steel.

Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

Raiton no Yoroi in a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Lightning Element. After surrounding and infusing his body with the Lightning Element, Raikage will greatly increase his speed, power and reaction time. This Lightning chakra will also act as a defensive shield, being able to greatly decrease the strength of incoming attacks, like a Chidori. The increase in speed will also grant him reflexes on par with Yondaime Hokage. These abilities will also be used in conjunction with his already powerful Taijutsu to create even deadlier attacks.

When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.
