Raina is a bit tiny for her age. She has long white hair and golden eyes. She wears a longsleeve white shirt, it has orange stripes. She also wears blue shorts and white slip on shoes. She has a ribbon in her hair that belongs to her brother Shinsake. Raina has a large black Fang shape scar on her neck this is from the demonic aura sealings.

Personality: A fun-loving happy girl. She tends to brighten the room by just saying hello. She'll laugh at anything and will make practical jokes in any situtation. She's a bit of a masochists, when she gets hurt she'll go psychotic.


Likes: Jokes, cute things, intense traing.
Dislikes: Serious people, Boring missions, seeing others hurt.
Habits: Laughing at random moments. Playing with other people's hair.

Background

History:
Rialen was born the only daughter of the Kage of the Village hidden in Illusions. She had 3 Older brothers, Shinsake, Maxella, and Vexion. During her child her.hood she became close friends with a boy named Kanko. They would train together and were the best of friends. The Kage found out of her "friend" and banished him to not speak with Rialen. Hurt by her fathers actions Rialen ignored hi and continued to see her friend. Until one day Kanko went home and found his mother dead, excuted by the Kage. Kanko blamed Rialen for his mother's death and ran away from the Village. Rialen lost her only friend she'd ever made. Withdrawing to her house and speaking to no one but her brothers, she started the Kanakosa Family training.

Years 10-12
Rialen endured very harsh and inhuman training by her father and two eldest brothers. Though she remained quiet and tried to keep up. After the long training day, she'd learn useful jutsu from her brother, Shinsake and be babied by her mother. On the night of her 13th birthday Rialen was woken by a loud crashing in the hallway outside her room. She heard her father yelling at her mother, and her mother pleading. "Its time for her to become like her brothers.."What does he mean..? She hopped up and ran to the door and opened it. A hand grabbed her hair and started dragging her down the hall. Rialen screamed as she was taken to a large black room. She saw Shinsake holding back their mother and she was crying. What was going wrong?! In the dark room her brother Vexion held her down while The Kage performed a series of hand signals. Then her rested his hand on her neck and burned a seal into her skin. Rialen spent two months recovering from the jutsu.

After that, her brother Shinsake had ran away from the Village. returning two months later to find his little sister, Rialen had acidentally murdered their mother, and was about to kill more villagers, due to the stress of the demon seal. He quickly took Rialen and sealed away the killing intent, and memories and fled the village with her. Later, after she had woken up she found a letter stating that her name was Raina and that her brother will come and find her when he could. After a few days Raina couldn't help but to seek refuge somewhere. She couldn't remember anything. So she went to the Ash Village

Hawk Talon Jutsu

Range: 5-10 meters
Description: The user focuses a mass of chakra into either hand or both, they perform a set of handsigns, igniting the chakra into fire. The fire molds around the hands like bird talons. This allows the user to extend their striking range, while allowing the use fire element to burn and damage the opponent. Down side: User is left with burns depending on level of heat used.
Red Fire: Opponent: Minor burns. User: Minor burns.
Blue Fire: Opponent: Moderate burns with serious nerve damage. User: Moderate burns.
White fire: Opponent: Major burns while possible loss of limb. User: Major burns on user

The userthrows a shuriken up in the air, quickly forming hand seals. The shuriken is cloned in the dozens, falling down in the area an opponents in.The shuriken can also be thrown straight forward at the opponent and cloned as well.

The user focuses his chakra into a dagger, and stabs at the opponent. The user's chakra ignites while inside the opponent,damaging its internal organs causing them to not focus or move correctly.

Kanetsu no Gyou (Heat seeker) NinJutsu
Type: D-rank,
Description: A simple Jutsu in which the Medical Ninja focuses the chakra in his body by placing it along the persons chest creating heat within them. This is so then the person would not be in danger of Hypothermia, a condition in which the body starts dropping its temperature at a quick pace, and if goes untreated it might cause paralysis and even death. One must be careful for if used to long then it may warm up a part of the body which may cause fever.

Description: the user makes a hand sign. Then the user switches places with a nearby log or pile of mud. This jutsu is often used right when the enemy hits them to make a counter attack.

Transformation Jutsu

Type: Ninjutsu
Description: The user makes a handsign. Then a pile of smoke surrounds them. They can then change their appearence to anything they want. This jutsu is easier done if the have seen what they are turning into.

Alrighty, I've got a few things I'd like to address with you. However, they're not going to bother the overall validity of your application, so you may continue rp'ing.

Alright, you say this is a Taijutsu that absorbs chakra? I tend to be inclined that it would be a ninjutsu and taijutsu attack, rather than just taijutsu. The physical contact is indeed taijutsu, but the absorbtion is actually more of a ninjutsu quality. However, if you can make a more detailed description of the jutsu, then perhaps it can be changed. I'd say just mentioning how long the contact needs to be in order for the technique to take place. If it's just a quick blow to the body such as a punch, then that'd be fine for it to absorb chakra in small amounts. Sorta' like a reverse Hyuuga-style move; I'd say.

Also, make sure to include the range of attack. In this case, if it's supposed to be a taijutsu style technique, the range would most definitely be short (0-1 meters; 0-3 feet). Make sure to list that right above the "Type" line. If it's a substitution, transformation or healing, include the range as "N/A" This means 'Not applicable.' or in easier language, there's no specific answer.

Also, just a quick notice. I'd like for you to organize your techniques by rank, rather than having them jump around from one to another in the order you come up with them. This will make it more organized and easier to follow. Since you started with C-rank; I'd suggest a decending order.

Healing jutsu that involve using ones own chakra to heal themselves is of a higher rank and is more likely to be a C-rank than a D-rank. Also, this technique would require both a large amount of chakra (because of your current rank) and a decent amount of chakra control. I'd suggest adding something about those in it's description.

However, you can bypass this situation if you relate it to the bloodline you claim to have. I'll check up on this bloodline a little later and make sure of its validity. I believe that if it's related to that seal on your body then it could be considered of a lower level; seeing how the seal's purpose is to give a short burst of stamina, speed, and strength, it should be able to do this.

Remember, Range is only part of the factor of an attack. It may have higher range, but the effectiveness of the attack is more likely to be lessened with distance. Keep that in mind. It's more wise to keep an attack with a slightly shorter distance, but with more effective damage.

One last thing that I'd like to point out. People of Genin rank are unable to know B-ranked techniques without having been taught them by a mentor. So either nullify the effects of this attack, or you'll have to chop it off.
