Explanation behind Alias:
Xiao-Xiao by definition means morning sorrow. The name has been attached to her and the persona she expresses. She’s just a sort of a sorrowful cretin.

Body Type: Toned and limber with strong leg muscles. Do to excess physical training in accordance to her leg muscles. The limberness is related to her double jointed sockets in both her left and right shoulders. She can bend her arms backwards and forwards completely unlike most people.

Appearance:
Her hair color is an auburn brown with eye color to match. She has a teal, pink and blue humming bird tattoo on her left shoulder with black out lining surrounding it. She has scars on multiple sections of her body. Including arms, legs and stomach as well, each scar derives from a different place however. She most likely can be seen wearing semi-loose jeans with multiple rips and tears in them and a printed t-shirt and hood over her head. She wears a multitude of bangles and bracelets all with significant meaning to her as well.

Personality:
She doesn’t intend to hurt others and when she does it’s usually because of her own selfishness. She is a person who contemplates the ins and outs of life to such an extent some would say it’s maddening. She is a solitary person but not by choice. She truly enjoys the company of her few friends and attempts to express that to them while she can. She doesn’t appreciate those that only look out for the good of themselves. She knows that she can have selfish tendencies at times but knows when a little much has gone a long way.
She used to be very light hearted when she was younger. She believed in things that where similar to fairy tale stories and hoped for them. However she was corrupted by the ways of society she had discovered and then became a brutal logistic. She went for awhile completely dejecting her heart of feeling induced happiness. However, with the assisting of a few of her friends she is learning to find a balance between the two.


Likes: Her passion is poetry. If she is not in battle and not conversing with her friends and family she is probably seen jotting down a lyric or two while listening to a multitude of musical influences.

Dislikes: Her distaste for people who have turned there back from compassion is immense. She can’t stand seeing someone completely ignore the cries of the needy. Along with that personal aversion she has a phobia of snakes. She can over come it if in a life or death scenario however it is still quit difficult for her to do so. Lastly she hates over confident cretins who believe they are the gods of this world because she knows there is only one true god that no one surpasses.

Habits: In excitement she regretfully cuts people off in mid-sentence, eager to put her two cents in. She also has a tendency to be insecure about where she stands with her friends. She can also be a very blunt person and point out boldly if she is observing sever perverted behavior from some one she doesn’t care for.

Background

History:
The academy is where Xiao-Xiao started. At this time she was not considered the ninja she is today. Before she graduated she took formal and practical tests of all sorts and was taught basic ninja skills, such as martial arts, techniques, physical fitness and the way of the ninja. Basic weapon usage, such as kunai and shuriken, was taught as well. She also partook in an additional test given by the a her sensei to see if she was truly ready to graduate Upon graduating, she received a special band of fabric with a metal bar bearing the symbol of her village witch she wrapped upon her belt.
When she was a Genin, she was sent on D-rank missions and C-rank missions. She at one time was put in a four-man cell, consisting of three Genin and a Jounin sensei, in order to learn teamwork and experience true ninja life under the supervision and protection of an elite shinobi.
Participating in a large examination she then became a Chuunin. The examination tested her overall understanding of the ninja philosophy. The first stage tested her information gathering abilities and decision-making abilities, the second stage tests her abilities at accomplishing a mission and adhering to guidelines, and the third consists of fighting between those who passed the previous two stages, watched by a council that decides who becomes a Chuunin and who does not. Now qualified to watch over and guide other ninja she has reached a level of maturity that primarily consists of leadership skills and tactical prowess. She accelerates in C or B-rank missions. And when she reached Chuunin level, under her hood she began to wear an identifying tactical vest that holds ninjutsu scrolls.
Now she has become generally highly-experienced ninja with great individual skill who can serve as a military captain and a Jounin. She is often sent on A-rank missions, and experienced S-rank missions. She has carried out these missions alone. She is waiting to be assigned as a sensei for a three-person teams of Genin.

Strengths: She excels in her personal and mastered ninjutsu techniques. She is an expert in utilizing her weapons as well. She is also double jointed in her shoulders.
Weaknesses: Her weaknesses include fire based attacks, simpler ones she has learned ways to overcome but opposed to Amatasaru is a great feat to do so. Lastly, she doesn’t always evaluate the situation she is in, completely, so she doesn’t always make a rational decision.

Water Clone Technique

Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for them. The range of the clone is limited however; it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Description: The Water Sphere Protection jutsu is a technique using the Water element. The ninja performs a set of hand signs creating an armor-like sphere that circles around the user. As it spins, whips of water still attached, whip around striking anything in its vicinity with high pressure water force. The affects can fill the opponents’ lungs with water so they can not breathe, and cause damage to body parts like a water canon. Also, the sphere serves as armor. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison, however, to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and they’re released. The ninja can also imprison their target with this jutsu but still allow for a water clone to attack.

Description: Electric Enhancement jutsu is a technique using the Lightning element. In combination with water jutsus this technique conducts the water and circulates with an electrical, shocking charge that can harm, paralyz, and burn an opponent.

Description: Small electrically charged senbon-like bolts of lightning chakra raining from the sky above in a predetermined space. Upon making contact with the earth below the electric charge shoots upward and connects in a somewhat net-like pattern, effectively restraining both the users and target's movements to the confines of the predetermined field of battle.

As for your techniques, you should add their English system equivalent (in feet) in parenthesis to the right of their Metric range. o-o This is so that people from the United States can understand the range more effectively. You'll also need to add several more techniques. O-o Please try to follow the guidelines of the jutsu limitations. You can have many more than you have listed as of now.
