| Name: Marumasa Yurizaki Alias: Sage of Fighting Arts or Master of Elemental Release Explanation behind Alias: Maru studies multiple fighting styles such as: Tiger style, Snake style, Crane Movement,Praying Mantis, Eagle strike, Buddhist Palm, and his mimic of the Drunken Style. Maru's interest has always been hand to hand combat with his powerful chakra releases. It is said that he developed his own style, but he vowed to never use it. Gender: Male Age: 29 Height: 5'10 Body Type: Muscular yet thin enough to be able to flex his body gracefully. Weight: 160 Appearance: Marus appearance is a weird one. His clothing is simple yet can be considered to be "Unbearable" to some. Marus clothing is usually shirtless, for the reason that he can move better then the person wearing a shirt. When Maru doesn't want to go all out for a fight he leaves his Funkagakage robe on, but open. Marus hair is teal and blue with black highlights as his eyes are bluegrean. Maru has a tattoo upon his chest in the resemblance of a skeleton of a dragon (example the picture) and another tattoo under his eye with his Yurizaki clan symbol. Personality: Maru was angry with the world and still is. Him being an ex assassin he obtain the enjoyment of fighting as well as taunting weaknesses he finds. Maru is a very cocky person as well as trying to get under peoples skin. Maru however can be a responsible friend and enjoys helping out those who need it. Maru is an overall good person but rage is just in his nature. Likes: Wine, Ramen, Reading, Bloodshed and Strength Dislikes: Cocky weaklings, Love, Dislikes having allies, The Heaven village Habits: Drinking, causing havoc and yawning Background History: Long long ago, before the discovery of jutsus, the land was filled with ninjas, fighters , and samurais. The only two main fighting styles were Kenjutsu (Weapon Combat) and Taijutsu (Martial Arts). The Sage of the Six Paths was said to be the legendary figure who founded the ninja world and was the creator and first user of modern ninjutsu, essentially making him the first shinobi in the modern context of the term. The Sage was a priest who appeared long ago in an age of endless war. He was the first to explain the truth about chakra and tried to use his power and wisdom to lead the world to peace instead of war. The Sage travelled throughout the world, spreading his ideas and religion, the Shinobi Sect, which eventually came to be known as ninjutsu. Many people learned from the Sage, but others rebelled against the use of ninjutsu. Soon the whole world was in war once again. The Sage was wised and decided to have each nation send their best Shinobi to battle to the death for the strongest belief. Over one hundred shinobi from each sides of the world came to fight. The area where they fought was now known as Shi no Mori.( Forest of Death). Life ArcMaru's life changed ever since he killed his first victim. When Maru was a young child he would sneak out of his room and spy on the older warroirs training. He was fascinated how there stances and release training can bring out so much power, so everyday he would skip his normal school classes and tried copying the techniques , and meditations from the elite jounin. Wasn't long before that he unlocked his true potential at a young age. When he was old enough to go to the academy he excelled the other students and moved to genin 3 weeks later. That is where his life changed drastically. The Genin exam was Maru's time to shine and prove that he is the strongest nin out there. His 1st battle was his last in that village...When fighting the other genin Maru was disqualified because he used a jounin forbidden stance and massacred the genin before him. Maru was classified and tried as a class-C murderer because he continued to fight when they disqualified him as soon as they saw the jutsu's hand signs. Maru went to his house running away from the jounin as his parents secretly turned him in. Maru being betrayed and feeling anger he let loose an onslaught killing his parents and the surrounding jounin. He ran away to a distinct country that was in war with rouges. Maru thought he'd be safe there that in the commotion of war they would never intrude. Maru, badly injured, nearly made it to the gates when he collapsed and was taken as a prisoner of war by the rouges. Maru spent 10 years in a dark cell , getting tortured. When the guards would leave he would practice elemental release since hand signs were restricted, but sooner or later he master it enough to plan his escape.The gaurds came back to do the daily torture, but then stood in shocked. As they looked into his cold blooded eyes and saw their own damnation they knew they were goners. Maru burned the chains and used them are molten swords as he eradicated the guards before him, jetting out the room knocking out all the lights creating eternal darkness as his edge against the nins...Since that day Maru was unstoppable and has been an assassin looking for the next big challenge. Maru became a ruthless killer and will kill anyone not just for the money but for enjoyment he burned his own village to the ground for their weakness. He is a nice guy at heart but when it comes to killing he will never say no. Maru herd of a grand war for jutsu, taijutsu and kenjutsu. Maru went to the village with the least men and supported them ranked up quickly(Because of his experiences and skill in many stances). Maru Led the first wave on the day of that historic war.. After all Maru wanted bloodshed and to have a challenge. Battle at Shi no Mori Arc:The Sage of the Six Paths watched over the battle waiting for the last two surviving shinobi. One was named Nagato Pein and the other was known as Maru Yurizaki. The Sage wanted to award these two shinobi instead of just having one side win. He wished to tell the people that both sides were evenly matched. In doing so the two sides would re-unit with each other and the Sage may finally obtain peace. Maru and Nagato agreed with the Sages vision peacefully. The Sage awards the two ninja with enhanced eye bloodlines. The rinengan, eyes to access the six paths, was awarded Nagota Pein and the Shintekigan eyes to Maru Yurizaki. On his deathbed, the Sage entrusted his strength, dream and legacy to two brothers. Centuries later, the Rinnegan itself would resurface in Nagato. Jiraiya believed that the Sage could have somehow been "reborn" as Nagato in the present era. Nagato himself, however, admitted that his own power paled in comparison to that of the Sage. Maru Yurizaki has yet to show himself to the world. Maru obtained more than just eyes he was wiser as well. The word "shinteki"gan means eyes of "mental, psychological, physical strength". Maru knew that the world wasn't ready for the shintekigan and didn't reveal the clan of the Yurizaki. History of the Yurizaki ArcThe deal of the sage was to never return to the village from which they came. As if Maru Yurizaki and Nagato Pein never existed. Shortly after Nagato disappeared and Maru wasn't at all worried about returning home. Maru Yurizaki was an assassin and mercenary so he had no home. Maru simply had a great reputation in the village that he was in and was paid to go assist in the war. Maru simply became an outlaw and changed his overall image as his name stood the same since no one actually knew him. Over the years Maru studied the art of his eyes. The Story thus farMaru told the Shinobi of his Yurizaki clan and soon gained members to be known as a clan. Since Maru revealed himself he was able to age normally again and be human. His life was lost now to make a new life, testing the strength of the shinobi he meets. Maru would stay in the shadows before he told anyone and learned many fighting arts that are now forgotten. He wishes to teach the world ,but destroy it as well for the life he lost and can never get back. The Yurizaki grew and Maru herd a war was coming. Maru tried to assist the Eruption Kage, but he rejected Maru and mocked him. Maru's anger kicked and he took over the village to fight the war. The Eruption would have won the war, but reasoning for their loss in the war is because they attacked the Heaven Shinobi and Blizzard Shinobi with their thought of the two villages as “weaklings". The Eruption village rejected the alliance from the Thunder Shinobi , causing a new enemy, making the Eruption lose the war against the combined power of all three villages. Being attacked back home by the Thunder village and in enemy territory the Eruption Village was overwhelmed. The Eruption village now is causing commotion wanting a "rematch" to gain the title SHINOBI. This time they say that there forces are the most bloodthirsty power house. Shinobi Registration Style: Fight styles and Elemental prowess Element(s): Primary Elements: *Fire Release- Hinotekaihou *Water Release- Gagyoukaihou *Earth Release- Daichikaihou Combination Element *Lava Release- Yougankaihou *Diamond Release- Naiyakaihou Bloodline element and its information/jutsus: Mizu Shintekigan = Koori Shintekigan eyes (Ice/mist= Advance for of water)Name:1st stage release jutsu Clan: Yurizaki Rank: Genin Description: The users mental, psychological, and physical strength become enhanced. The user is more aware(15%), smarter(15%) and stronger (15% stronger). The user can uses 1st stage psychological genjutsus as well dealing mental harm to the opponent. Genin= C-rank Chunnin+ = B-rank element Name:2nd stage release jutsu Clan: Yurizaki Rank: Chuunin Description: The users mental strength and awareness reaches its peak and has similar effects to the sharingan. The user can copy taijutsu techniques and one elemental jutsu from the opponent (Ex. If you have blaze, you can copy any type of fire jutsu and so one for the other elements) The user can now use second stage psycological genjutsus in ther aresenal howeer there physical strength does not alter.They can now use A ranked jutsu's corresponding to there eye element. Name: Final Stage Release Jutsu Clan: Yurizaki Rank: Chuunin, Jounin, Specail Jounin and up Description: The users final stage can allow them to use any ranked jutsu corresponding with there eye element. The user seems to see the world in a different way as there able to use 3rd stage psychological genjutsus and there awareness is that of an anbu hound. There strength is now 60% increase from there normal state. The Yurizaki is an taijutsu clan so they developed a corrisponding Taijutsu tech for the Final stage. Name: Yurizaki's Element release( Yurizaki mode) Clan: Yurizaki Type: Supplementary, Must have Final Stage Rank: Jounin + Description: The user convert all there chakra to have and element aurora around them. Increaseing there power and spead tremendously. Not jutsu's can be done in Yurizaki Mode. The user how ever can use up there aura as a power souce. (Example Blaze shintekigan Yurizaki mode = A red ominous aura appears around him as he runs at a quick spead his aura leaveing a flame trail behind him. He then punches as his hand ignites with his blaze element dealing a powerful bone crunching fire attack. Diamond = Diamond Skin to be forms and turning arm into diamond lance or what ever be creative. | The Tiger StyleThe Tiger style is one of Power, Directness and Simplicity. It's primary target is the opponents throat. All of it's efforts are aimed at this one vulnerable target to the exclusion of anything else. its primary Weapons are the Fist and the Claw. Footwork is only used to interfere as the tigers needs good ground contact to develop and deliver it's power. In the martial art sense Tiger will develops strong and direct techniques. This tains and harden the body (and mind) to be able to deflect attacks, pain and irritations. Your techniques of choice will be powerful direct straight and round techniques using solid punches, Dragon Front Kick and Breaking Roundhouse Kick. These are augmented by 13 Specialist Claws used in a wide variety of ways. Mentally, Maru will learned how to recognize the main weakness of an opponents defence/guard (be it physical, mental and spiritual) and then be able to overcome this to attack the core. At the same time you will need to harden yourself and be invulnerable to mental and spiritual attacks (taunts, distractions, strategies). This needs to be supplemented with Iron Body Training, Claw Strength Training and overall Upper and Lower Body strength and toughness. ::::::::::The Tigers Defence::::::::::::::: . . . there is none. The tiger does not defend it only attacks. The Tiger does not use blocking techniques but they do use swatting techniques against arms and legs. Grabbing the attacking limb of your the opponent and holding onto this whilst entering the center is the key method of gaining access to the Attacker and prevents the attacker using hit and run tactics. Yet, aside from swatting limbs and grabbing the Tiger does not use any defensive techniques. If the attacker is swift and quick, the Tiger may use; 1 .Inter fear with the attackers flow and speed by upsetting the attackers legs 2. Prevent the attack fully using a leg with Tree Breaking Roundhouse 3. Stop the Attacker all together with the Dragon Front Kick. 4. All of these would be followed up with the Tigers Attack. ::::::::::::::::::The Tigers Attack::::::::::::::::::: The Tiger Stylist is the perfect avatar of destruction. Once started the Tiger Stylist follows all they way through to one of three possible ends; 1. Teaching Tiger - is where the Tiger applies one of the 10 Claws to cause pain and discomfort and thus 'show the attacker the error of their ways'. 2. Savage Tiger - is where the Tiger stops the opponent with a key blow or Chock; and thus debilitates the opponent (used against multiple, armed or drugged attackers. 3.Protecting Tiger - is where it is a life or death situation for the Tiger or their Pride (family, ones cared for). This is where the Dragon Claw or Dragon Claw or Snake Coil (choke) is used. Although the Tiger Stylist needs to know all three levels of reaction, most Tiger Stylist practice only the first two levels, but Maru Mastered all three. :::::::::::::::::Tiger Kung Fu Techniques:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Yang - Round sudden punches and direct kicks; round downward clawing techniques first impacting with the base of the palm and then clawing their way downward, including the famous Tiger Claw (hu zhua) technique (from which whole styles have developed). The techniques are in fairly large, wide and circular motions, much like a big cat swiping. The back legs of a Tiger are powerful and lend themselves to straight kicks and knees. Yin - Digging the claws into the meat and separating tendons, muscles from bones with pulls, twist, tears, or strikes. Straight inward claws, again using the base of the palm to strike and in this case bunch up the flesh. Then clamping down with the sharp claws,digging deeply into the flesh, tearing, ripping and twisting (sounds gory; but tiger style is not a gentle art!)

| The Panther StyleThe Shaolin Panther Style promotes thinking, strategy and cunning. It is a style for those who believe that most conflict, most attackers can be out-thought, out-maneuvered and out-classes. Maru would prefer not to stand in the way of a any attack, seeking to run and hide although in a dignified and not cowardly way (for he who live to fight another day, chooses the time and place and a winning way). He is the one who will choose the time and place and method of any conflict, preferring to spend time planning and maneuvering in such a way that the conflict was won before the opponent relies that round 2 had begun (The Conflict is won, before the battle begins - The Book of 5 Rings). If directly confronted, the Panther Stylist would seek to confuse, confound, bluff, cajole, bribe even reason with the attacker. In essence they would seek to join the situation to one where they feel they have the greater control; even to the point of changing the rules of engagement to suit them. In a way, the Shaolin Panther Stylist may be best compared to Japanese Ninja, not the Assassin aspect, but the method of operations. They would always prefer to avoid a direct confrontation seeking to work out of the background, from the shadows, indirectly through others seeking to surprise, confuse and eliminate (the problem preferably). In a Martial Art sense you will develop unusual technique, focus on strategies such as hit-and-run coupled with techniques that confound the mind and sense of the attacker. You do not need to be particularly strong as Panther Stylist, nor do you need to be very quick; agility needs not be your strength and not precision. You are a bit of a jack-of-all-trades as far as your skills and abilities and well versed in the usage of techniques, not specializing in any but comfortable in knowing and being able to using most. The Panther Stylist is a very knowledgeable personage that prefers to prepare, plan and perform with a minimum of effort and greatest chance for success, with minimal self involvement or risk. :::::::::::::::The Panthers Defence::::::::::::::::::::: The greatest defence of all time is "Not Being There", where the attack is to happen or is finding place. The Panther Stylist learns the secrets of the Active and Formative Defence; the Defence that is an Attack and the Defence that is Water. The Panther Stylists learn the skill of the small overcoming the large, the weak overcoming the strong, the slow overcoming the swift and the stupid destroying itself; by confounding, confuses and :::::::::::::::The Panthers Attack::::::::::::::::::: As complex as attack go with only one thing in common; for the object of attack it will seem utter chaos. The Panther seeks to wear down the opponent, inflicting small damages, breaks and debilitations. A chipping away at unexpected times, in unexpected ways with dire consequences. The Panther will decide when the attack is over; sometimes allowing it to stop before the utter exhaustion of the opponent, sometimes sooner, sometimes never. Seeming complexity, chaos and utter control over the situation. From the Panthers point of view, well planned, deliver with perfect timing and highest degree of safety and success to the Panther Stylist; for they are the Lords and Ladies of the Animal Styles. ::::::::::::::The Panthers Strategy:::::::::::::::::::::: The Panther is a style of Planning and Strategy. There is a legend of The Ghost Spear Fishers that may best exemplify a Panther strategy and style. In short though, the Panther Stylist is the master of manipulation, star of strategy and application, and a jack of many, many trades. The Panther Stylist may be called lazy, although they would call it intelligence to get others to do the work for them. Some might call them minimalistic, even austere; they would prefer to say that they do not weigh themselves down with the unnecessary. Some might call them schemers and manipulators, the Panther Stylist .. might agree with this. | |

| The Crane StyleWhereby the Tiger is Power of the Physical and the Panther is the Power of the Mind, Crane Stylist have the power of Elegance, Patience and Evasion. Whereby the Tiger and Panther are offensive based styles, the Shaolin Crane (and Snake) are defence and counter specialists. The Shaolin Carne does not overcome it's opponents; it allows the opponent to overcome themselves. If you are unfamiliar with the concept, there is a good story of the origins of the Shaolin Crane Style that might interest you. The concept is well suited, as in the story of the Shaolin student, at person who are not aggressive and prefer not to, or can not, deliver strong and direct strikes on an opponent, even if they are being attacked. The 5 Crane Levels all work on the precept that you can not win with what you have and thus create a situation whereby the attackers strength becomes their weakness. This i believe is one of the cleverest ways of defending but also one of the most difficult, requiring the greatest amount of nerve, skill and agility. :::::::::::::::::::::The Cranes Defence:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: The Crane prefers evasion, redirection and distraction. Strong techniques will be evaded, weak techniques redirected and sudden techniques will be distracted whilst being redirected or evaded. There is no force in the Cranes defence techniques (for the most). It is a style for gentle people who do not wish or can not use force. Thus all attacks against the Crane are used to help the Crane evade and avoid. The Stronger the technique, the better for the Crane Stylist to use the force. A good example of this is the one-legged Crane Stance, whereby the Crane Stylist stand with one leg on the ground and the other with the knee in front of the solar plexus, hands extended. When the attacker rushes in, the Crane 'steps' onto the oncoming attacker with the lifted leg and kicks it self away. if the opportunity is given, it will deliver some type of technique to a vital area, if safe, if possible and if it dose not distract from the evasion. :::::::::::::The Cranes Attack::::::::::::::::::: The Crane Never attacks. The Tiger and Panther are attack specialists the Crane is the Defence, Evade, Avoid, Distract and run away specialist. It may 'sneak in' a technique whilst doing this but it would not attack. :::::::::::::The Cranes Strategy:::::::::: Don't get hit! Simple and easy. The Shaolin Crane teaches us to specialize in Evasive avoidance having your safety as a number one priority. The Tiger is a 'win-at-any-cost' style; Panther is a 'win-at-the-least-cost', the Crane is a 'don't-loose-or-get-hurt' style. Outmaneuver, outdistance, outlast, are the overriding maxims and almost as an afterthought, striking, if safe, if . . . .etc. | |

| The Snake StyleThe Shaolin Snake Style is one of Wisdom, Knowledge, Precision, Experience and Clarity. The Snake stylists likes to know that what they are doing is well proven, ordered, with purpose and wise. It is not a style of defence but more a style of bring order, calm and wisdom. The Snake Stylist is predominantly a grappler, capture, hold and control, capture, hold and throw, capture and takedown, capture and go-down, capture and incapacitate. It is a style of order and control not of random strikes; it is a style of power without violence, speed without hast and knowledge without dominance. The Snake Stylist is one of creating order, peace and safety. The Snake Style is well suited to strong but gentle persons; ones that prefer not to use sudden violence as a means of defence. it is a style that prefers to entangle an attacker, make them overextend themselves, then capture, arrest and force submission. This style is best suited for controlled one-on-one situations as it requires skill, precision and full attention. If there are multiple attackers and the Snake Stylist finds them selves harassed, they will use their striking skills to create and opportunity for their main skill of capturing. ::::::::::::::The Snakes Defence:::::::::::::::: Not being there, where the attacker thought them to be a second ago. Not like the Crane in great leaps and bounds but like a Snake just twisting, ducking, bobbing, turning out of the way. The Snake Stylist moves like a Snake, as if lacking bones, slippery and sinuous. The Snake Stylists main defence is the flexibility, weave-ability, subtle avoidance and very occasional, distracting strikes. As the Snake Stylist you would know of hundreds of maneuvers, combinations and methods of avoiding, controlling and submitting your attacker. You would be like a Chess Master and have studied all that there is to know for your type of personality, body type and strength and then you would work on perfecting it with an energy bordering on obsessions. For if anything, Snake Stylist may seem or even be Obsessive-Compulsive inclined, incessant and even inflexible in many aspects of thinking ( seeming balance with the Snakes Stylists incredible physical flexibility). :::::::::::::::The Snakes Attack:::::::::::::::::::::::::: The Snake does not attack. It reacts when attacked, it may even get the opponent to attack, but a Snake Stylist does not attack. A Snake always has their enemy come to them, on their terms when the Snake is ready for them. It may again, occasionally strike without warning but as such, it is not an attacking style. Sometimes it may look like the Snake is attacking but it is not (according to it), it just feels that the attacker has encroached on it's space or safety. ::::::::::::::::::::The Snakes Strateg:::::::::::::::::::::::::: The Snake Stylist has no own strategy but every strategy can become a Snake Strategy. Again, a good comparison is a Chess Master. Every move possible in Chess has been discovered, documented and used; a Snake Stylist would rather spend the time learning every possible Snake maneuver rather than some fruitless trial-and-error game. It would search out person who have been successful in the art and it would seek to understand, emulate and possibly even improve (although, without admitting to this). | |

| Buddhist PalmFut Gar or Buddhist Palm is a Northern Shaolin style of Kung Fu which utilizes mostly punches, palm strikes and low kicks.It is further characterized by evasive footwork, circular blocks and using the opponent's force against him/her. The words "Fut Gar" literally translate to "Buddha Family". The word "Kuen" in Cantonese would translate to "fist". "Fut Gar Kuen" would be "Buddha Family's Fist". | |

| Eagle ClawEagle Claw exercises power like the bird who inspires the system - short, sharp, and fast. The hand techniques are dominated by the use of the claw and the seven principles as will be illustrated further. The movements must be as lighting, hard together. Each claw should hit a pressure point and cause immediate pain and numbing with strong wrists and fingers. Wrist and fingers are special to Eagle Claw and should be developed so as to control an opponent without injury, causing damage only when absolutely unavoidable. There are many forms including two, three, four, and five man forms for training together and making the body smooth and strong. This makes for good training and good self defense. 1. Jow Da, Cum Na Jow Da: Using the fingers to make a claw grab the opponent's hand tightly then punch immediately. Being able to use short distance power is essential. Jow da should be practiced all the time so that anytime you claw, a punch will follow as an immediate reaction. Cum Na: Cum na is locking an opponent so that he cannot move. Claw and Strike Seize, lock, and control 2. Fun Gun, Chaw Quat Fun Gun: Eagle claw fingers should be made hard like steel and used like pliers. When using a claw, the fingertips should be placed over the joint, vein, or pressure point. The finger power should be strong enough to break a vein. Twist and separate the muscles, tendons, and ligaments Chaw Quat: When using eagle claw locking techniques, the position of the hands and pressure used should be such that they can break the bone. Dislocate and break joints and bones 3. Dim Yut, Bye Hei Dim Yut: Dim yut, or Dim Mak, is using a finger jab to strike an opponent in a vital pressure point to cause series harm. Strike pressure points and inflict pain. Bye Hei: The claw should be strong enough to block the flow of an opponent's blood or chi, or to stop his breathing. Seize the throat and arteries to stop the breath, blood flow or chi. 4. Cow Wai, Saw Fung Cow Wai: When an opponent punches, claw and press the arm to either break it or to lock him so he can't move. Use his power to lock him. Lock and break in one action. Saw Fung: Control an opponent with fast, smooth blocks and "Jow Da" so he can't get in a strike. Prevent him from using any technique. Lock and control in one action. 5. Sim Jim, Tong Na Sim Jim: Use twisting body movements together with blocks to avoid being it. This principle calls for the use of twisting, jumping, and dropping to the floor. Twist, jump or drop away from an attack. Tong Na: Use jumping movements when fighting such as jump kicks. Incorporate jumping techniques with fighting. 6. Diu Cow, Fing Law Diu Cow: Control an opponent at all times. This can be done with the use of smooth blocks and "Jow Da, Cum Na." Fing Law: Use pushes and pulls to make your opponent lose his balance. When an opponent punches, block and use soft power to push him away. You can push and then pull in, or pull in and then push away. 7. Noi Sup, Chung Dit Noi Sup: When an opponent punches and your block is not fast enough, use the body movements to absorb the blow, such as shifting back. The waist must be very smooth, moving like a snake. Chung Dit: Chung dit involves the use of floor techniques and learning to fall softly. when you are pushed, swept, or thrown, you should be able to land softly so you don't get hurt. | |

| Hung Ga- Iron Wire FistIron Wire builds internal power and is attributed to the martial arts.The Iron Wire form is essentially a combination of qigong (or meditative breathing) with isometric exercise particularly dynamic tension although weights were also used in traditional practice in the form of iron rings worn on the wrists. If properly practiced it can increase strength considerably and promote a stable root. However as with both most forms of qigong and most forms of isometric exercise it must be practiced regularly or the benefits are quickly lost. | Drunken Style
Drunken Kung Fu is not really a complete martial art in itself, as for example Wing Chun is. It is, rather, a style of fighting that is present in many different Chinese martial arts. Many different schools of kung fu have a drunken form, or incorporate elements of the drunken style, and modern wushu demonstrations often use drunken style kung fu / wushu as it is one of the most interesting and entertaining forms of kung fu / wushu to watch. Drunken kung fu mimics the chaotic swaying and stumbling movements of a drunken person. Drunken kung fu techniques contain great force and power that is derived from the circular movements and the momentum of continuous, broad movements. Drunken kung fu is a very deceptive style which strikes out of the blue when the opponent is unprepared; it can also be used to lull the opponent into a false sense of security, thinking that the drunken fighter is in no fit state to defend themselves, or to tempt the opponent into making particular attack, beleiving that the drunken kung fu practitioner is unprepared for them.
Very often kung fu forms contain hidden techniques and applications which are not explicit, meaning they are not immediately obvious when you watch the form or when you perform it yourself. Generally the applications which are the most explicitly realised in a form, i.e. those that are most visible and obvious within it, will be the ones which are taught to beginners. Sometimes the hidden techniques are taught only to advanced and / or trusted students when they reach a certain level, but sometimes they are not taught at all, but left for you to discover for yourself. This encourages students to play around and be creative, as well as to to pay close attention to every aspect of their forms and to practice them often. Here is a good example of hidden techniques from part of a drunken kung fu form. In this example the movements of pouring drink from a jug down your throut, wiping the mouth, and then swaying as the arms are brought up to the ready positions might initially look like they are there just for dramatic reasons in imitating a drunkard, and as a preparation for the form which is about to be performed, but as is demonstrated in the video these movements actually contain a hidden block, and double counter punch. | OverviewThe dragon stylist relies on a variety of fighting techniques that can be employed for a wide range of needs. The style uses techniques that can cripple or kill an opponent if the need arises or it can be used simply to control a minor street fighting situation. Lung Ying (Dragon form) focuses mainly on powerful, short range attacks, as is common among southern Chinese styles of kung fu. However, the styles' use of gripping and seizing techniques as well as the extensive use of the forearms both offensively and defensively are fairly unique to the art. The style was created as an aggressive combat art and operates under the basic assumption that you are trying to either disable your opponent to the point that they are no longer a threat in battle, or kill them, though these are not by any means the only options a Lung Ying player has. As such Lung Ying employs a large number of techniques to damage the opponent's joints either through joint manipulation or direct striking; nullify the opponent's defenses either through breaking their stance or compromising their guard, and thus their ability to defend; and others. Like most southern style kung fu, it has limited kicks and jumps and consisted mainly of fist, palm and clawing techniques. Power generated from the waist using soft hard jin (see neijin and waijin). Lung Ying training also involves an extensive amount of iron body training. Hardening the forearms especially is considered essential to the style as it makes such extensive use of them. Depending on the particular school any of a fairly large pool of traditional training methods will be used to toughen the body. Three, five and seven star conditioning drills, pea buckets, weighted ropes, sand bags, and striking poles are all common in Lung Ying schools. It really isn't possible to separate lung ying conditioning from its methods, the two work hand in hand, each needing the other to be completely effective. ::::::::::::::Basics::::::::::::::::::::::: The Dragon Kung Fu practitioner typically attacks with winding low yang; that is, powerful and quick movements. For example, when striking with the fist, more power can be exerted when the movement originates from the feet, is guided by the waist, flows through the body, and exits through the fist. :::::::::::::::::::Foot work:::::::::::: In Southern Dragon style, leg work is characterized by a zig-zag motion that mimics the imagined movement of the mythical Chinese dragon. This also allows one to use floating and sinking movements which are very important in generating power and stability, making your body calm and relaxed. Though the Lung Ying footwork pool is deep, it generally centers around two basic types of stepping. The first is "Zig Zag" stepping (dragon stepping). Basically with each step forward, the rear foot moves forward and becomes the forward foot. However, the step is not taken directly forward but basically follows the angle the front foot is turned at (about 33 degrees). This has the effect of moving the LY player forward and off to an angle while offering some protection to the groin from attack. This type of stepping allows a lung ying player to press his opponent (usually used before the opponent's center has been taken) while launching attacks from angles that are difficult for the opponent to defend. The LY player seems to be constantly moving into an uncomfortable range and at an angle that forces their opponent to reposition their whole body to defend against, or else torque their torso around thus breaking their structure and disconnecting them from the power generation machinery of their lower body. The second basic type of stepping is Bic Bo stepping, or press stepping. In this method the front foot moves forward and the rear foot drags up to get back to the basic position. This stepping generally covers less distance than the dragon stepping, and is used to press the opponent. It will frequently be used once the LY player has begun to press their attack in earnest or is exploiting some advantage. There are specific methods for stretching this footwork out addressed in various forms. One of the primary purposes of this footwork is to keep the LY player "on top of" their opponent and in attacking range. Also, this type of stepping is heavily used in various stance breaking methods. Four rules of the Dragons: 1.Focus to train and condition the body. 2.Be righteous and uphold your honor. 3.Respect your parents, honor your teacher. 4.Treat others with honesty, treat your friends with loyalty Maru however leaned to fuel the Dragon style with anger and bruetality. Example poison , blood seals tct.This armor can also aid Maru in performing stronger physical attacks. The diamond is transparent and can only be noticed by light reflecting off it.This armor is also good for keeping a difficult stance longer because of its weight and reinforcement.

Fire Style Dragon Flame Justu Rank: A-rank Type: Ninjustu , Control Distance: Control range- 15 meters Description: The user emits a dragon of flames from his/her mouth. The justu is controlled by the user's mind to attack (if with in range) and ect. If the user loose focus or moves the dragon dissipates.
Name: Fire Clone Technique Type: Supplementary,Ninjutsu Rank: B-Rank Range: Limit 20 feet, (If its too far away the clone ignites and explodes) Description: The Fire Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique and Water Clone Technique except it creates clones out of Fire based chakra. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, fire clones only have half of the original person's power. Unlike the Water clone the fire clone explodes hot flame when defeated or moves too far away from the original body.

Name: Lava style Magma Armor Justu Rank: A- Rank Type: Style effect, Supplementary, Ninjutsu Range: Self inflicted Description: The user put his hands on the floor as rocks melt fuses with the melocular structure of the user as hard magma and rock form around the user. This enhances strength and can let the user cause hard , skin burning blows.
Armor Realease for Magma armor aka Magma Bullet
- The user causes the elemental chakra from the armor to his hand and he can send 1 magma shot towards the enemy. (The armor turns to ash after this is used)

Name: Tatsumaki Gorasen-Vertical Hurricane Kick Rank: C-rank Type: Taijutsu Range: Leg kick, +6 feet in the air Description: Maru performs a high kick followed be a series of spinning kicks,up to five circular kicks, which take you up into the air. The last kick strikes the gut causeing air to be knocked out of the enemy perfect to do a quick ninjustu or another taijutsu combo.
Name: Earth release -Running Palm Rank: C-rank Type: Armor Breaking, Taijutsu Range: Slides 15 ft, Chakra wave throw 6ft Description:Maru slides forward , like sliding through mud thanks to the use of earth release, thrusting with his palm enhanced by chakra. Once Maru collides his palm, he aims for the chest, the enemy is sent flying backward from the force of Maru releaseing the chakra from his palm. This causes air flow to be disrupted and heart beats to be faster tiring out the enemy quick with this one blow. (Can be a Combo with Fire consentration, Fivepronged seal and more)
Name: Earth Release- EX-Running Palm Rank: S-Rank Type: Armor Breaking, Taijutsu Range: Slide to grab 10 ft, Dragging distance 10ft, Air up from ground 5ft Maru: An advance form of Running Palm. Maru slides forward ,the same way in Running Palm ,thrusting with his palm enhanced by chakra. Once Maru collides his palm,again aimimg for the chest, and slamming the enemy to the floor dragging them 10ft. Maru then jumps 5ft into the air and builds momentum from falling back down. When he is a foot away from the enemies body on the floor he releases the energy from his palm pushing the enemy into the ground causeing it to crack and cave in. This causes air flow to be disrupted and heart beats to be faster tiring out the enemy quick with this one blow, broken ribs, and sore arms/chest/ and legs. This is a difficult attack to land and takes up alot of chakra from shinobi who havent train it enough. (Can be a Combo with Fire consentration, Fivepronged seal and more)
Name: Five Pronged Seal Rank: A-rank Type: Supplementary, Fuinjutsu Range: Short range (0-5m) Description: This jutsu produces a powerful seal that is used to block or disturb the flow of chakra in a target. Once the seal is completed, the target will become weaker and unable to fight for a short time. This is because an odd-numbered seal creates an imbalance when placed on top of an even-numbered seal.
Name: Five Pronged Seal Release Rank: A-rank Type: Supplementary, Fuinjutsu Rank: Short range (0-5m) Description: This jutsu is used to remove seals of up to equal power, like the Five Pronged Seal.

The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.
Ice/mist Styles
Name: Ice Release- Claw art: Frozen Nerves Rank: S-rank Range: 1 inch Type: Modification,Ninjutsu Description: This is an advanced form of Diamond Art: Death Art.The user does the necessary hand signs as the users nails thicken and sharpen, (Thickness and sharpness similar to snake fangs and are extremely durable because of chakra enhancement). The nails give of a little aura cause of the coldness emitting from it. This is used to puncture and "freeze" up nerves. Hence the name.
Name: Ice Amor: Rank: A-rank Type: Reinforcement, Ninjutsu Range: Self inflicted Description: This justu makes the Ice fuse with the skin, if grasping onto ice or touching Ice, allowing Maru to develop an ice blade and a shield on either arm he chooses, as well as having the ice onto his legs , allowing the user to use close combat to his advantage. If on an icey plain his spead increases as well.
Name: Ice Concentration Rank: B-Rank Type: Ninjustu Time: 3 Rounds until chakra dissipates Description: Like "Chakra Concentration" the user obtains a chakra aura around their hands and feet as the chakra gets into cold water freezing temperatures , not hurting the user, the chakra thus turns into white glow.
Name: Ice release- Freezing blow Rank: C-rank Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Close (0m ~ 5m) Description: The user does the necessary hand signs to blow out a freezing air to freeze up water, or slow down an enemies nervous system.
Name: Hidden Mist Technique Rank: D-Rank Type: Supplementary, Ninjutsu Range: Unknown Description: This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area.
