 | The Anbu HQ, only a few knew of its whereabouts, excluding the Kage, and a few others. A few Shinobi knew of it, but who they were was unknown. Anyways, the entrance is concealed in an place as plain as day, where mostly ice and a few establishments are placed, acting as the 'cover' up. There being three entrance total, but this was most frequently used. This is where the Anbu went and stayed for multiple things, consisting of missions, duties and so on.

Keretsu Kousoku  | | This is the only 'visible area' of the Anbu establishment and the general area for people interested in joining this Anbu after being coming an well-known Shinobi of the Blizzard Village, meaning anyone can't just waltz in here and join this, plus this flies by the approval of the Kage for approval.
