Appearance:
Akane is a short 18 year old, she has long jet black hair that is ten forths of the time. Her dark emerald eyes match her neck high, tank top which is cut a few inches above her belly button. Her pants which are cut at her knees and held up by a black belt. Straps hang down from her pants and wrap around her bandaged legs and hook on her ninja shoes. Her pants are black and her shoes are as well. She wears gloves that cut off right above the elbow and have straps holding them on like the ones on her pants. Her ninja headband is wrapped around her upper right arm.
She carries in her butt pouch, are army pills and medical equipment like the bandages on her legs.

Personality:
Akane is a smart ass sarcastic girl. She tries her hardest to piss and confuse people with words by twisting their own words. She is a semi hyper girl and is a bit bull headed. She tries her hardest to keep her cool though some know the way to get under her skin. She loves a good fight and dives head first into it. She hates to see people upset and doesn't everything in her power to help out those in need. She goes out of her way to be everywhere she is needed.

Background

History:
Akane, an 18 year old Jounin. Her past is filled with things that happened with her and her father Emanyeru Kouseitan'i. She started to make memories at age 4 when she first figured how to use chakra by setting her brother’s pants on fire. Emanyeru decided then it was time to train her. She began her training 2 months later when her mother finally said yes.
Emanyeru trained her in the way of the ninja for several years then changed it up on her by training her eye jutsus.
Akane was accepted into the ninja academy at 7. At 10 she won her first major battle against her brother Obito who is 3 years older then her. She was so happy that she didn’t realizes that a diamond kunai had formed in her hand causing her dad to see she was the next great Kouseitan’i Elementlist. By age 12 Akane had learn mostly everything she need to know about ninja world, her family and the many jutsus she need for the life of a ninja. At 13 she took the ninja exams with her team consisting of Kazuki Shikimori and Akari.
She became a chuunin and worked hard on keeping her rank..or more like living up to the rank. During most of her childhood she wanted to be appreciated by her father, but never received it like her brothers. She was always pushed to greater lengths. When she finally reached Jounin level at age of 17, She hoped to receive it then but found that she wasn’t ever going to get any form of gratitude. Nearly a month after realizing this her father and her got in to a large verbal fight and she ran off.
Akane was taught in the Eruption village her entire childhood, but following the fight Akane ran from the village she called home to a new much different one. The Blizzard Village became Akane’s new home. She pleaded with the Kage there to let her in and when he finally, she promised not to screw up and mess things up. She worked notorious jobs around the village like, saving cats from trees, or helping old people with laundry, earning yen and such to buy an apartment. One week before her 18th birthday she had just enough to pay for the apartment and the first months rent. On the day of her birthday she was finally moved in and had a now fully operational living space instead of living with an old couple a few blocks away. She finally convinced her Kage to allow her to work on missions and hopefully have her own gennin team. Akane to this day trains to become better and reach the level of Anbu, but she hasn’t gotten the gennin team she wants so so badly.

Name: Shougai no Butai

Style: Genjutsu, Earth/Fire combo
Description: The user focuses a small amount of chakra into their eyes and looks at the opponent. If the opponent is looking in their eyes at the same time the seeds for the genjutsu is automatically planted. The user can then choose when to activate the jutsu by forming the last handseal. This genjutsu will then activate and warp the opponents view of reality until they are standing on what looks like a blank slate. Then without warning flames, torrents of water, lightning bolts, horrendous gusts of winds, and earthquakes will begin to rock them until they collapse from mental strain.

Description: Fiery Damnation, is a simple yet efficient taijutsu style of the Kouseitan’I clan. Unlike the Electric Static Style, there is no definite stance that the user settles into, though the most common and used stance is the Kick Boxing stance. This stance allows the user to quickly block and counter in case of an attack. After settling into the stance the user summons their fire elemental chakra into their hands and feet, (they will eventually learn how to over come burning off their shoes.) From there the user then adds their own flavor to the taijutsu style.

Style: Ninjutsu, Fire
Description: The user focuses a great deal of fire chakra into their chest and proceeds to exhale a great deal of fire from their mouth. These flames have the capability of melting through high grade steel which makes it a not so good combination idea when using weapons. Through intense concentration, which in turn leaves them open to attack if there is more than one opponent, they can direct the flames towards their opponent.

Description: A skill in which has been considered one of the most powerful streaming fire jutsu. The user gathering up a great deal of chakra within their chest, condensing it and focusing it at the same time. Letting it flow out into the world, bursting forth into a grand stream of flame. This powerful stream having such a flying force that it can repel projectiles that get in its way. This attack flies very fast, and is considered hard to dodge without the use of supplementary jutsu.

Description: Diamond Strike, is a fast paced, destructive taijutsu style used by the Kouseitan'i clan. Only used by the minority diamond users of the clan, Naiya Dageki, is considered the most dangerous attack because of the speed and trained accuracy it has. To begin this jutsu, the user will cover the hands in a spike of diamond shaped almost like a stinger. They will then focus chakra into their legs or, if they have used weights for a long time, remove them increasing their speed. The user will then rush the opponent lashing out at them with accurate pinpoint devastating blows meant to disable or kill. Not many people have survive this taijutsu style unscathed and many have fallen victim to in a deadly sense.

Description: The user begins this genjutsu by focusing a large amount of chakra into their eyes. They then look the opponent in the eyes and implant the chakra there. The user then chooses when to activate the genjutsu trapping them in an fake world, which normally looks like a flowering orchad though settings may vary with user. The user then attacks the opponent in the genjutsu, but the attacks dont appear physically as most attacks to the body would. Instead they target the bodies circulatory, nerve, and chakra systems. If the damage is enough the user wont be allowed to move let alone heal and if the damage is too severe it may even result in death.

Description: Fire Blast is a move in which the user holds a ball of energy in which inside is a blaze of red, yellow, and orange, flickering around wildly in fire. Once the user thrusts the energy out at the opponent, a blast of fire energy in a circular motion blasts through the opponent.

Description: Human Disguise, is a pretty simple genjutsu that uses light and chakra to change the look of a demon to match that of a human. This genjutsu usually does not take that much chakra to use simply because all demons have access to their human forms once they enter puberty. The only use for this jutsu is to simply hide their extra appendages such as tails, whiskers, ears, etc. from view allowing them to look completely human.

Description: Earthen Domination, or Earthen Resolve, is the easiest and most efficient of the Kouseitan’i taijutsu styles. The user makes the earth wrap around and fit to their legs, arms, and body. This creates a harder surface for the body and causes the most external damage of all of the Kouseitan’i taijutsu styles. This taijutsu style is most often used along side the Karate fighting style.

I'll tell you this right now, your bio (For a jounin) is too short. Throw some more descriptions of her past in there! They don't have to be much. I read over your lil' element area and it says you have fire and earth. However, those two elements are hard to find in the the village you've selected. o-o Go ahead and explain how that came about. Whether your parents moved to that village, or something of that nature.
