Hisoka Bloodline (Done)

Background Description: Legends say that the god of storms came from the heavens and came across a woman of amazing beauty. He instantly fell in love with her and was enchanted by her charms. The two had a short romance that resulted in the birth of a child. The Wife of the storm god became enraged by their union and struck the woman down. Out of love of the woman and his son the Storm god swooped up the child before he met a similar fate and sent him far away. The child was found by a small village during a massive thunderstorm one night. They instantly recognized his power and possible heritage and treated him like he was a deity.

The child was raised and became a massive brat and took pleasure in hurting others. He came across his abilities one day whne he 6 completely by accident when out of anger over being denied a cookie, his eyes turned slate grey and clouds emanated from his body and electrified one of his caretakers. The people out of retribution from the gods tolerated his behavior but were always in a constant state of fear. One day out of boredom Arashi summoned a giant cloud that encompassed the entire village, he then channaled lightning element into this cloud and all the present villages were chared as if hit by a massive lightning bolt. The survivors that were outside the village at the moment returned to see the charred remains of friends, family and loved ones, but no traces of Hisoka could be found.

His bloodline taps into the very power of the storms a power that can topple mountains and shred trees. This the power he inherited from his father. The other part of his bloodline is his Aroshi Eye that allows him to see through the densest fogs, smoke and clouds. His entire eye turns the color of slate and no pupil or iris is present. The very heavens are a mirror of his feelings and emotions.

Extras:

• User gains access to the storm advanced element as long as they have one of the primary elements
  
• Their emotions seem to effect the very climate (EX. Sad=cloudy; Angry=Storm; Happy=no change in natural weather)
  
• Jutsus of the storm element are one rank easier (S=A; A=B ETC.)
  
• Access to Clan only jutsus
  
• Resistance to lightning
  
• When eye is activated, it allows members of the clan to see through there clouds, mists, or smoke.
  
• Clouds cancel out fire jutsu

• Storm element becomes their primary as soon as they gain access to it thus making their other element weaker to those of others with similar elements
  
• Tend to be feared by others because of the unstability of their emotions.
  
• Easily angered by fire users and takes any chance they can get to engage them to the death
  
• Eye only allows them to see things in black and white and not color when activated.
  
• Fire jutsus will cause the clouds to dissipate and just be water that falls to the ground.
  
• Could pass bloodline to children, if he has any but outside that. Is the only known member.

Description: The user surrounds self in thick clouds which are near impossible to see through with normal vision. The clouds surround the user in a 30 foot radius and are dense in water thus making it hard for fire users to properly channal fire element.

Storm Clone
Rank: C (This would be a B-rank outside of bloodline)
Element: Storm
Range:-
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: The user makes an exact clone of themselves out of storm clouds. The clone can interact with its surroundings and do minor jutsus (D-rank or lower). They do not retain memories but when hit dissipate and give the attacker an electric jolt while covering the area in a small amount of clouds.

Lightning Strike
Rank: C (this would be a B-rank outside Bloodline)
Element: Storm
Range: 30 feet from a cloud
Description: The user makes 5 handsigns and thus can send lightning bolt from a cloud created from his storm element at a target. Once the cloud has discharged its lightning it dissipates and dissappears.

Arc Lightning
Rank: B (This would be an A-rank outside of Bloodline)
Element: Storm
Range: Anything within storm cloud
Description: The user releases a high electrical charge from their body that then travels from water droplet to water droplet throughout the entire cloud electrifing all that is within, including causing damage to the user.

Ok finished mostly to see if there is any suggestions and/or corrections. First time making a blood line so this should be interesting how badly I get ripped up ^^;;

Also, I'll need you to go more into the whole 'seeing through clouds' thing. e.e Does it work for anything other that just storm clouds? Or only storm clouds?

o-o I like the idea of this bloodline~ It's nicely made and well thought out.

In my opinion, "looking through clouds" sounds fine to any sort of clouds v-v lets not forget that clouds are made of the same consitution as storm coulds, mist etc. o-o so it applies for both logically~

=o Just like Ojike said though, remind us in your bio how you got your bloodline~ That's all I ask ^^

As to his eyes abilities Oji, You did not read the advantages I see and Asako did.
