Neo's Office

*Neo walks into office and sits on his chair.He then spins around once and puts his feet on the desk making himself leaning back and began to read a file.*

Coming up to the Kages door, Surp knocks and waits for permission to enter.

"Please come in Surp!"

Neo puts his feet down and still reads the file as hw waits for him to enter!

Entering the room, Surp turns and closes the door behind him the turns and bows to the Kage. "Sir." After looking up, he proceeds forward till he reaches the desk and then waits for the Kage to speak.

Neo look up at Surp as he throws the file on his desk. The file was very similar Surp's shinobi file.Neo then leans back and looks at Surp.

"Please sit. Do you have anything you want to talk to me about? I want your opinion on how things are going in the village!

"Yes, sir. Thank you, sir." Surp spoke as he took the seat offered. "I've come to ask you if there was any way for me to be taken on as your student, sir."

"I don't see how I can help you but if you would like my help I will always be happy to help as your kage. If you want to learn go to my meditation peak!"

Neo gets out his chair and walks to the window and looks out out.

"I look at our village and it almost looks empty to me even tho we have to hold back those missin-nin dogs, but I will train our soliders to be better to take on all our enemies. I have ment to spar with you for some time so I can give you a little gift!"

Standing when the Kage does, Surp watches him move to the window. After listening to him talk, a puzzled look crosses his face. "A gift, sir?"

OOC: What position am I now? In the village.

(OOC: I want to move you up but I will fight ou so I can offically give it you.)

"Yes A gift, well actually a couple gifts but you will see what it is when I give it to you. You will be the first person to get it!"

Neo turns around to look at Surp as he leans against the window, I guess i can give this to you now. Neo pulls out a double sided kunai with alittle one inch slit of flat area to hold and throw. Neo holds his hand out with the kunai flat in it.

"Let me show you some special about this kunai!"

Neo infuses very slight amounts of fire chakra into it and starts to glow red, as he touchs the concrete wall slightly it cuts throught it with ease and slightly even melts throught the concrete itself. He then infuses some lightning chakra and the kunai starts to to get extremly charp and little lightning strke come out of it as the entire thing goes into a blue aura of lightning.


"This metal was grown with a steedy stream of chakra so even the slightest infusion of chakra the kunai takes it and multiplies the effect of the elemet 5 full and becomes very dangerous. Also this is extremly hard to catch with that little place to try and hold on to and if it is infused with some chakra it is almost impossible. But make sure you pratice with it becasue ot has a slight wieght displacement!"

(OOC:Add this kunai to your shinobi file.)

Surp reached out and carefully took the gift from his Kage. "Interesting, sir." After carefully moving it around in his hand to get a quick feel for it, he puts it into his back pouch. "Shall I follow you to the Meditation Peak, Sir?"

"Lets just say I'm there along with everywhere else, you better get going!"

Neo begins to laugh as he explodes into a huge puff of smoke.

Blinking at this display of prowess, Surp bows his head and leaves the office as ordered.

Another clone appears in the office from a puff of smoke and sits in the chair incase other people decide to come in.
