Personality:
Teito seams to have two completely different personalities. The main similarity between the two is that they both are very good at fallowing orders. It is believed that the two personalities where formed to to the abuse he took growing up.

One is a cold and serious, capable of doing anything to have the upper hand in battle, even if it means sacrificing his friends or family. He fallows the orders of those he thinks 'worthy' to the tee. (worthy - people who scare him, those with lots of power) - Calls himself Kirai

The other is that of a young child, care free and loves to eat candy. Easily distracted and will fallow orders given to him by his elders to the tee. This personality likes eating candy and training. - Calls himself Teito(his real name)

Background

History:
Teito spent the first 3 years of his life at his hope in the Blizzard village, however three days after his third birthday ninja from the heaven village raided his home and killed his parents and stole him and brought him to there village to grow up and train to be a Combat slave for there army. Spending day upon day training in water and wind ninjutsu, then randomly a person would come to his traning room or his cell and give him his mission, which he would just get done for fear of the torture they would put him through if he didn't get it done.

For many years Teito grew up killing for the army until he ran away, hiding for years in the village church. One day however the village army found him and dragged him out of the church and tortured him for days. On the ninth day of torture Teito's eyes began to grow dark as he slowly began to crack. On the 10th day Teito finally snapped and used the full extent of the abilities he had gained while training in the army to kill the six men that where torturing him. He then continued on to attack and kill the people who had forced him to kill others through out his child hood. He then fled to the church yet again and rested for 6 days. On the 7th day he went on yet another rampage and killed the people in the church who didn't protect him. After that he fled from heavens village, and spent days trying to find his way back to his home village.

Three months after he left the heaven's village he finally found the blizzard village. He spent weeks in a hospital where the medical ninja's slowly began to heal all the wounds he had as well as try to heal some of the many scars on his body. After spending months in the hospital Teito was taken to the academy where he spent a few months learning the basic ninja skills. However to his great dismay, during his time in the hospital the chuunin exams had come and gone. However his skill is said to be at least that of a chuunin if not greater.

On his thirteeth birthday he graduated the academy and offichaly became a genin of the blizzard village. He is currently not on a team, and spends his time training with whoever he can find to train him.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
