Background Description: It all started 300 years ago after a major war with the nations war, when a group of snow ninjas fled to the mountains because the snow was falling and failing in killing of their enemies and because of that they were missing ninjas, they stayed on the top of coldest mountain 10 miles away from the village for a while to figure out where to go, but in time they got used to the cold and the thin air and wearied less clothes and less until the cold effected them no more, they built ice huts and the group settled down for many months. The leader of the group whose name was Mizore was indeed very smart and thought that the whole group would become the new generation of the snow ninjas, he studied for months on how they were better then the villagers, when he came up with a plan. The other group members slowly hated the village so they helped Mizore in this new plan of his and some forgot about the revenge and liked this new life they had so the y wanted to settle. After a while Mizore came up with the manipulation of liquid Nitrogen, which was a trump card for them taken over the village, liquid Nitrogen was very cold that can freeze any thing it touches and with chakra pump into it they can used it any how they want. Some members thought this was a great idea and listen to Mizore on when to attack snow, when some members who forgot about the revenge wanted to be the only ones to know this element and live their lives in peace and one day start their own village, so they officially called the group which was now a clan called Mizore, half stayed hidden in the mountains as a small clan which settled down in peace while the other half led by Mizore who were still full of rage and anger went to attack snow, the attack wasn’t successful because they just learnt the element and never mastered it, and after that, the other half of the clan learned how to use this element and focus it into the jutsu art, their resources was running out and the mountains was very scare for food and the things they need, they survived for years and the clan grew bigger so they all packed and headed back to the village which they tried to overtake which was the snow, they became allies with snow who agree to take them and set them a small place in the village which was enough to hold them, The snow villagers didn’t know what was happening and didn’t like it, they grew suspicious of the new people and one night attacked their clan killing a huge amount clan members nearly wiping them out, this news spread all over the village and the Mizore clan grew cold hearted thinking it was the Kage who sent people to wipe them out, maybe they learn the Mizore had the element which they wanted to learn, so they kept to themselves mastering the hidden element, later on the new element was exposed in the light of the village and snow welcome it and knew this could be the element to help in major wars to help the village, their lives were peaceful from then on but still most villagers still didn’t like them. Mizore kept the secret element with them. There was a deeper secret on how Mizore actually attained the element....

While Mizore was first learning this new element he went to the top of the mountain one night, thinking very hard and then it hit him, he slowly became mad because of the cold and lack of food and was seeing illusions, then a demon of ice appeared to him, Mizore thought it was just an illusion but in reality it was, they had a long talk and the demon said to Mizore that his people where living where he was sealed and that he needs him to untie him, The one that sealed him in the ice was another demon his older brothe, Mizore heard all this and was shocked inside because of the murderous intention and planned on helping the demon become free, the demon promised to help these people out as he could sense Mizore had hatred for the snow, 2 weeks and the ice demon was free from the seal and entered Mizore with out warning, Mizore felt power surge through his veins as he headed back to the village. Mizore was now a change guy, everyone the village respected him because they could sense the cold murderous intent that left his body, in time people died mysteriously in the clan which made Mizore stronger, because anyone that dies on the demons mountain would be eaten by the snow and transferred to the demon’s host as chakra, the demon was getting stronger, his chakra was now equal to 5 jounins and now claimed Mizores people as his followers, This clan was now cursed by the demon but in return were able to use his element, Liquid Nitrogen and the abilities of the demon known as Aisu Hitogoroshi.

Mizore clan members were also known around the world for their random killing spree, when their heart becomes too cold they need to kill and feel the warmness of the blood they just killed which was the curse that the demon gave to them, mothers usually killed babies and children and the fathers would kill family friends, that’s why Mizore clan can never become too big because of the killings, it always keeps the clan near extinct, most members just commit suicide because they cant keep up with the killing spree and lose their mind, they have been doing this since the demon took over the clan, most members think the people that died mysteriously in the mountains was because of this…

Bloodline: Curse Of The Ice Soul

Extras:

Dark Eclipse Eye - (Eye Of Aisu Hitogoroshi).

When Training in harsh cold environment the members would unlock the dark eclipse eye, when this happens it would give them 100% control over water, wind, ice, and liquid nitrogen and to manipulate it in anyway, even using the elements would be less chakra consuming to them. In the process of unlocking the eyes the member would blind for 3 days as their eyes would turn black then after the 3 days are over they would attain the dark eclipse eye. It can be activated and deactivated for it is chakra consuming. [Training post would be 6 posts, 3 paragraphs in each posts. 2 posts on chakra control in the eyes, 2 posts on stength training, 2 posts on speed training.]

Advantage:
1.100% control over water, wind. (Ice and liquid nitrogen when dark eclispe is unlocked)
2. Able to convert energy from the moon into chakra (This works if the moon is full at night).
3. 1 Rank up in water, wind, ice, and liquid nitrogen jutsu damage.

Disadvantage:
1.Is only limited to using water, wind, ice, and liquid nitrogen jutsu.
2.A lot of Chakra consuming if not trained properly.
3.Weak against lava and hot fire jutsus.

Liquid Nitrogen Principles:
1) A gas can be cooled and pressurized to form a liquid.
2) A liquid can be warmed to form a gas.
3) Nitrogen gas can be pressurized and cooled down to make “liquid nitrogen.”
4) Things dipped in liquid nitrogen become very cold or freeze instantly if the user used a lot of chakra.
5) Cold and brittle material often shatters if “smashed” or pressured.
6) Some materials get stronger when cold; some materials get brittle.

Abillities Traits:

1) All members are immune to the cold.
2) Water,Wind, Ice, or Liquid Nitrogen wouldn’t hurt the members much. (Would take 50% of the damage)
3) Can breathe normally in very thin air which would be impossible for normal ninjas.
4) All members emit a constant very cold aura that keeps them cool, it could form ice if they touch anything for too long or stay in one place for a while.
5) When their hearts become too cold they would go on a killing spree, to feel normal again because of the curse of Aisu Hitogoroshi.
6) Has Manipulation of Water,Wind, Ice, and Liquid Nitrogen (Must unlock Dark Eclipse Eye first)

Name: Nitrogen: Gas Mist no Jutsu

Description: The user performs a number of handsigns. And the area becomes colder then cold a white mist covers the area, because of the coldness, the user would be able to perform Liquid Nitrogen with this mist, and even if the mist is gone the user can still make Liquid Nitrogen because the atmosphere is cold, this jutsu slows down the enemy by freezing the joints if they stand still for too long.

Description: The user performs a number of handsigns. And the user shoots liquid nitrogen from the mouth unto the ground and spreads fast, running or walking or standing on top would result in freezing at a fast rate, it is mostly used to cancel fire jutsus of C rank or below.

Name: Nitrogen: Dance Of Mizore no Jutsu

Description: The user blows Nitrogen gas on his fist making then blue and very cold, the user would rush very fast and give very fast punches to the enemy giving frost bite if it connects while the user disappears in different places aiming for the weak spots of the enemy, it still works even if the enemy is wearing clothes.

Description: The user performs a number of handsigns. And the user focuses nitrogen gas in their palm then freezes it and shoots it towards the enemy, when its close to contact the user would clap their hands and it would explode into little senbons, if it hits the enemy it would freeze the blood circulation for as long at its in.

Description: The user performs a number of handsigns. This uses alot of chakra but the user raises one hand to the sky and makes the area very cold causing ice every, this would freeze and give very bad frost bite to the enemy freezing parts soild, the cold plays on the senses and makes the enemy feel like they are warm when really they are dying slowly, their thinking is slow and so is their reaction, this makes it perfect for the user to attack with out much trouble. This messes with all the 5 senses and slowly freezes the enemy.

Description: The user performs a number of handsigns. And raises the right hand in the air this power is so immense that a blizzard is soon made by the drop of the temperature to keep the enemy away when the jutsu is being made, the sky is dark then the clouds circle around a 5 km radius, there is a black hole in the center circle of the clouds which is 100% pure liqiud nitrogen coming towards the ground and after it hits the ground the air would be unable for the enemy to breath. Towers, mountains, lakes and trees and any life would be frozen in an instant, except for the user, this could be only used once in battle because of strain it gives the user, it freezes some parts of there body and internal system in result of this jutsu. If used twice in battle them the users heart would freeze and cause instant death.

I'm going to need to have you change somethings here. The idea of this bloodline is alright, but some of it seems a tad overpowered. Nevertheless, with a few alterations to the wording, it can be dulled down enough so that it may be acceptable for roll playing. :3

You state that once you have control of the Dark Eclipse eye, that you are suddenly with the ability to control water, wind, ice and liquid nitrogen elements. No matter how you think about it here, that is impossible. However, if you add a prerequisite to this that pertains to having control over the water and wind elements first, then upon activating the eye; I can allow you to have the ability to start training ice and liquid nitrogen techniques.

However, you will not simply be granted the ability to control all four of those elements upon the activation of a bloodline related eye. Things don't work that smoothly. xD

Spoiler:

The using of eye techniques such as this (bloodline related) would almost always be chakra consuming. This goes regardless of training. Also, when you say 'bounded to...' I'd very much like for you to say that the users are 'limited to.' That'll help avoid confusion on others parts.
I would also like for you to have an additional disadvantage with this bloodline. Since it is mainly an ice (cold) style bloodline, it would make sense to make it weaker toward hotter techniques, such as lava, or fire.

I'm going to ask you to move your member list to a separate post. This will ensure that you do not alter your bloodline technique under the guise of adding members. Also, it'll make them easier to find. xD
