Arc Location: All over the world, the last battles in the tournament ground.
Time Period: Until it is over.
Arc End: When the winner is declared, and after any possible wars are over with.

Ryo to winner will be: 500,000
Ryo to country of winner: 2,500,000 (this is to fuel war if wanted)
One jutsu from the Banned Jutsu list (from any section[No Sharingan or Rinnengan variations])
Second Place:
Ryo to winner will be: 250,000
Ryo to country of winner: 1,000,000 (this is to fuel war if wanted)
