Arc Location: the tournament ground.

Time Period: Until it is over.

Arc End: When the winner is declared, and after any possible wars are over with.

Ryo to winner will be: 400,000
Ryo to country of winner: 750,000 (this is to fuel war if wanted)

Ryo to country of winner: 500,000 (this is to fuel war if wanted)
