Neo's meditation peak

*Neo got up the montain the old way using one hand and climbing and chaining my feet together! He got to the peak and sat on a flat area at the top and closes his eyes slowly and starts to breath. Neo begins to think about all the things going on right now and how to slave his problems but still begins to breath and release his chakra to cleanse the spirit and body.*

Neo then stands up and breaths even heavier. He gets into horse stance as lightning starts to shoot out from Neo all into three directions that seem to be hitting each other. He begins to concentrate even more and breath harder as he opens his eyes you see that they area shinny yellow color as the lightning begins to get so bright....

The lightning starts to form balls of bright light and intense power.Neo look at it with his eyes and smilied as he created his legendary plasma balls. You could clearly feel the intensity and power behind each and every ball. Neo then began to concentrate yet again with his eyes open as the plasma formed 3 huge shuikens out of the raw Plasma and begins to control them with slight ease making it easily cut throught some of the hardest earth like nothing was there.

"I love me power, let see how far I can go with this!"

Neo then squats and activates 2nd Stage and almost immediatly after activates Final stage as he grins with bright yellow eyes

"I haven't used this power since the great war when I assisted my father! But now it seems to be time to get into shape."

The Plasma becomes to grow at if a smoke from fire until it stops because of Neo's order. Neo then made a tiger seal as he stared at the plasma and formed many weapons made out of pure plasma and he could control them by his mind and command of his chakra. The cloud began to gather over head and the area darkened ans giant bolts of lightning begin to hit where Neo is looking at.

"This is going too far I might end up destroying my own village!"

Neo took a deep breath and compressed his chakra to let the plasma disappear along with the storm.

"What? Ohh it seems that Surp is coming soon!"

Not long after leaving the Kages' office, Surp came to the peak that had been specified. Hearing some loud noises erupt ahead though, Surp readied a kunai and hurried forward until the Kage came into sight. "Sir? What was that noise?" He asked as he closed the distance between the Kage and him.

"HAHA That was meditation."

Neo then walks to the center of the peak and sits down and begins to meditate. As Neo begins to breath to relax his muscles and feel less of the stress.

"So you wanted help doing what?"

"In training. My ninjutsu mostly. Especially in Lightning." He said as he stood aside unsure whether or not to get too close.

"I can help with that! Well they don't call me for the Static Sage for nothing! Now come meditate with me it will help with your training."

Neo opens his eyes as he pats the ground infront of him and looks at Surp

Nodding, Surp moves over to stand infront of Neo and sits. Crossing his legs, he lays his hands on his legs and closes his eyes and begins to relax. "Thank you, sir."

Neo begins to breath and shakes his head in responce of Surp's thanks. He then begins to infuse his hands with lightning chakra as bolts of lightning start comming off Neo.

"I want you to try and feel a numbness with the most intense pain in the same palce and the same time aswell as a lightning bolt comming from a black sky splitting like a spider web but still has the intense power and awe!"

Neo still breathing and infusing lightning chakra into his hands but he opens his eyes to see Surp's atttempt

Taking another deep breath, Surp puts his Kages words into action. Picturing the devilish black sky swirling around him like the ocean after dark. The sudden strike of intense light which fans across and through it like needles and thread weaving through a tapestry. His body should've felt numb as it began to surge with electricity, but all Surp felt was nothing. But the electricity was there, it was surging over Surps body. But for some reason, the lightning didn't leap off and vanish. It seemed to seep back into Surps body and surge back out. Much like electricity does on a lightning rod. Yet Surp still seemed to be unaware of what his body was doing as he continued to concentrate even harder.

"Now still concentrate on the feeling and that image, but still hear me while keeping your eyes closed. When you think you ready slowly stand up while still concentrating and keepign your eyes closed!"

Neo gets up very fast begins to circle Surp but he did it with great stealth and quietness Surp wud still think he is sitting. Neo compresses his chakra so even surp about 1 foot away could not feel it.

Concentrating immesly on trying to produce lightning which is already produced, his body begins to release even more electricity. Soon, Surps entire body is erupting with it. But like before, the lightning seems to remain within a field around Surp as it goes out then seems to be pulled back into Surp. Unsure whether or not he had actually done it, but the images and feelings well organized in his mind, Surp starts to get on his feet.

Neo puts his hand put like he was down the downward position of a push up as the electricity surrounding Surp seemed to shoot off of him at Neo's hands everyonce in a while.

"You can feel the electricity feeling wierd as if there is a disturbance in your body. You have to learn to control the lightning even if outside forces are messing with it. Also there is something you should keep in mind! There are two different types of electricity for the sake of argument right now. Poistive and Negative I suggest you cheack out how they react with each other. Also lets jsut say I have a lightning attack that attacks your heart by touching you and putting my own lightning into your's and they are both positive then your lightning might help my attack and that is why it is crucial to keep your lightning chakra out your body and keep a barrier from your body. I'm not saying some lightning techniques aren't strong enought to go throught a barrier, because trust me I know I have those techniques! But this will help protect you for alot of cheap easy tricks that can your life pretty fast and it's something I usally try doing except for special circumstances."

Neo takes a deep breath as he looks at Surp's form

"I have just given you alot to process but still concentrate on trying to control the lightning WITHOUT making the barrier yet just try standing and controlling it and keep it in balance. But I still want you to process what I just told you and keep try to controll it."

As Surp continues to stand, the lightnings paths don't change, but neither does Surp chakra level. Though his body is creating the lightning, it also seems to be reabsorbing it and making it back into chakra. What Surp doesn't know yet, is he has massive amounts of what some medical ninjas have come to electrolites. This gives his body an unnatural ability to absorb lightning and use it as if it were sunlight to a plant. A trained eye would see the future possibilities that Surp will have if properly trained with this abitity. But at the moment, he is still unaware of it. This being so, Surp is mostly unaware he is conjuring lightning unless his eyes physically perceive it.

Standing up where he was once sitting, Surp looks fustrated as his creased eyebrows show. "Sensei, I'm picturing what you've said, and I understand all of it. But I can't seem to manifest the results." Anger and fustration could be heard in his tone as his veins protruded further as he strained even harder to manifest what was already there. This in turn caused a massive surge of electricity to erupt from Surps body, but still controlled.

"I want you to now open your eyes put still feeling the pain and numbness that you have been remembering. Don't Forget to Concentrate!"

Neo then infuses his entire body with lightning chakra as walks infront of Surp and puts two fingers in the middle of his chest. He keeps looking in his eyes waiting for him fully controll the lightning

As he does, the second he touches Surp, the lightning chakra Neo had placed around himself immediately began to get absorbed into Surpent's body. Adding itself to the lightning Surp was already putting out. But Surp opened his eyes then, not just because he was told to, but because he felt the strange feeling resulting from the absorbtion of Neo's lightning chakra.

Neo keeps putting out more to let Surp absorb it giving more then he should be able to handle. He then removes his fingers and takes a step back

"Control it! It's alot but you shud be able to control it if you know how to do it. Now focus enought to start moving walk around with this power you need to be able to walk while containing such power. It should be easy if you see the lightning chakra as more of a tool then a burden. Don't see it as you have to walk while holding the chakra in see it as using that chakra to walk."

Neo looks at Surp with intense eyes as he examines everything about him

When Surp's eyes saw the amount of lightning being emitted by himself, his eyes showed shock and amazement. He didn't even notice he was doing this until he saw it. Now though, he had somehow absorbed more then his body could contain then. He had to think of some way to counter the effects of having too much. He instantly closed his eyes and brought to mind the image of what he had seen himself doing. The lightning pulsing from his body, the light it gave off, the crackling sounds it made. Bringing his hands together infront of him, he began to concentrate once again.

The lightning just kept weaving in and out of Surp, chakra useage still at an unbelievably minimum. Surps body seems to actually feed off lightning as well as break it down and build it back up again. But as Surp concentrated, he pictured the lightning becoming more controlled, less erratic. Before Neo's very eyes, the lightning began to slow and fall back. It seemed to mold itself around Surps body until it was litterally like an exoskeleton with small tendrils that lagged behind, acting as ground rods almost. Just then, Surp took his first step forward. Heavy as he was with the lightning around him, he himself felt as light as always, and so, he took another.

"Haha Good your doing well! Now remember that feeling and lets go!"

Neo makes some fist ans slams it to his sides and screams as lightning surges from his body.

"Keep the lightning chakra with you and we will fight taijutsu with just the effects of the lightning chakra."

Neo turns around and takes five steps away from Surp and then bends his knees and put both his open palm to face Surp, but his left hand was fully extented and the right hand was retreated all the way to the side of his chest. Neo keeps looking at Surp and looks at every little detail

"This will be EXTREMELY hard even when I learned it it was hard to fight and hold on to it. It might leave but make sure you get it back to hit my lightning chakra or you will be as good as dead. Now please lets begin!"

Surp thought then, if you'd have told me that we would be doing this, I could've done it sooner. Surp tries to train like this as much as possible. Meditation usually wasn't neccessary anymore, he had become amazingly good at doing it with his eyes open, What was throwing Surp off, was that when his Sensei touched him earlier, it almost seemed like he had absorbed his sensei's electricity.

That thought staying in his mind as he bent his legs and sank some more towards the ground. His arms coming out infront of him then moved into a large arch over his head. Bringing them down by his sides, his left then pushes forward and out to come open palmed and facing Neo. His right though, kept moving until it was hidden behind Surps back. But the lack of muscle strain showed his sensei that is was relaxed behind him.

Finally getting serious, Surp concentrates on keeping the lightning controlled as well as the style his sensei had moved into. He knew he wouldn't be able to compete on level with the Sage, but he was gonna give it his all. He couldn't live with himself any other way.

Neo started to jog to the right in almost a zig-zag pattern toward and away from surp. He then jumped towards Surp landing only two feet short of Surp's position and leg swept and quickly came up with a jumpping upper cut(much like a Rising Dragon Fist from street fighter). Neo keeps his eyes in notice on Surp's movments and reactions.

Jumping over his footsweep just in time, he twists himself in mid-air, his eyes watching for a follow-up move. As he thought, it came and with the twist, Surps' hand that was behind his back grabs hold of the sensei's hand and as he continues down, he quickly turns himself to bring the sensei's arm behind him if possible. While doing this, his other hand immediately comes in with its elbow, using the momentum of the twist on the ground to add to its strength.

(OOC: Add lightning to your elements!)

Neo was surprised at the student's quickness. Neo saw his elbow comming after the spin but he let it come and right after the impact he used then used his left hand that was still free to grab at Surp's throath with all his fingers on Surp's left side of his neck and his thumb on Surp's right side of his neck with moderate squeezing just enought to give Surp a sence of urgence as the right hand that was pulled behind Surp before hooked hard around the back of Surp's neck to hold it strong with his inner elbow in the middle of Surp's neck. The space between was none exsistent it looked like the were hugging but Neo was trying his best to put Surp in a very akward head lock.

Unable to see the upcoming move of his sensei, Surp feels a sudden jolts of surprise when his sensei's hand clasps around his neck. Even more surprise when the sensei somehow continued the process by immobilizing Surp further with the strange headlock. Surp knew he couldn't let this lock stay, every second he allows it to stay is a second where things turn further out of his favor. But all he has right now is the lightning around his body. To use something else would mean disengaging it. But his orders were to keep it up at all times. And in this lock, Surp is even incapable of doing a simple substitution or smoke bomb. I have to think of something he thought loudly in his head.

Just then, Surp had a breakthrough. He had to keep the lightning going around his body yes. He had to keep it controlled and formed. But what form wasn't specified. Surp closed his eyes and began to concentrate, the effect began almost immediately. As Surps' output of chakra rose, the lightning around his body began to change. It seemed to be being pulled in even closer to Surps body, but not into it. The tendrils began to shrink and soon, the lightning become like solid stone around his skin and under the sensei's hands and elbows.

This was risky since Surp had never tried this before. He had read that chakra could be condensed and since the lightning around him contained chakra, he figured the process would be the same. He appeared to have been right.

But now came the real trick. Surp concentrated even harderand forced the lightning in its condensed form to expand. Slowly, it did. In doing so, it began to force his sensei away from him. But Surp could tell, the further he extended the lightning, the harder it was to contain and the more unstable it became. But it would be enough he thought.

Bracing his feet, he readied himself to break free. With one last push of the barrier, he pushed off with his feet and hopefully away from his sensei, the lightning returning to its real form around Surp. But it seemed the move he had just used also took a toll on his body as he was already breathing heavily.
