Neo's meditation peak

Neo turns to Surp's position as he sees the punch comming and waits for the punch to hit.

"You think that will land on me?"

Surp smirks as his fist, like normal is surrounded by lightning, but so is his elbow. The second his fist hits, the energy at his fist would divert a defense put up by his Kage while the lightning in the back is jutted forward to add additional thrust and force to the punch allowing it to ideaily break through a possible defense. But as this happens, a clone Surp had created earlier from the time he had had up the concentration handsign, was now launching at the back of Neo with the same attack. The reason Surp had concentrated so long, was to form a clone a bit of a distance away from himself. This he had hoped would allow him a bigger gap of time to attack.

Neo's eyebrow raised as he suddenly saw the full brunt of Surp's attack and then senced the clone behind him.Neo closed his eyes and senced everylittle thing in the area especially all the lightning chakra. He registered all the attacks within matters of millisecounds. As he senced where specifically the attacks were comming to. Neo asquick as he could forced most of the chakra in the cloak to a single point where he belived the attack would strike as he stepped into the fist of the first attacking surp and with the power off balance with the force of pressure and a spin Neo tried at the same time forced him out of the way of the secoundary attack that the clone behind him was in the process of preforming. Neo was now lying on the floor about 3 feet away from both Surp and the clone. He looked at both of them with curious eyes with no lightning cloak.

Making sure not to hit eachother after Neo's dodge, the real Surp lands on his feet sliding while the clone holds his lightning chakra ready on his fist after almost stumbling onto the ground. They stare at Neo preparing themselves for an additional attack if needed.

Neo sit up with his knees bent and looked at Surp with a smile!

"Surp I want ot make you a chunnin for one reason, to represent this vilalge in the tournament and once you finish then I will make you a jounin! If that is ok with you?!"

(OOC: I wonder if this enought for you learn lightning!)

Neo then gets up walks up to Surp

"Take off your lightning cloak!"

Neo then makes his right hand pointer finger give off a bright lightning chakra.

Surp calls back the lightning and his clone poofs away. He watches Neo as he struggles to stay standing having gotten used to the lighting giving him added strength. "I am your soldier sir. I will represent this Village with all my strength."

"I thank you for representing for our vilage so please go register! But first can you stand still and don't move!"

Neo then used his lightning chakra comming out his finger to carve a seal into surp's back.



"This is a summoning tatoo that you can summon the satic sage! Also known as the thunder kage, ME! This will make you numb for a couple hours and possible a day or two, but all you have to do to summon me from the tatoo is make a tiger seal and force chakra into the tatoo. But let me just warn you if the tatoo receives any damage that peirces your skin then the sealing tatoo will be in void!"

After Neo told Surp and finish the tatoo, he let Surp fall into his arms as he laid him down to relax and heal from the ordeal and the fight.

Summoning Technique: Static Sage

Description:The user must make a tiger seal and force very little amount of chakra into the tatoo then it will glow yellow in a matter of milisecounds Neo will be comming out of the user's back. But the summoning only works if the static sage is in this world and if he has chakra in his system! The static sage will leave any area in this world and be transported where the user is!

Surp is laid down and his body begins to relax now that he isn't standing. "Thank you sir." Surp closes his eyes and listens to his surroundings as he makes his body relax and recover.

Neo see that Surp is ok and is now resting. He then sat down on the middle of the peak and began to meditate and relax, sencing where his son was. Neo jsut began to relax and let his chakra rebuild and waited until Guyzo got to the peak!
