Neo's meditation peak

Neo could feel what surp was doing right before he even did it himself. Once he felt it he let go of Surp's neck and swiftly but softly drags his hands down Surp's body to drain the lightning chakra off of Surp making it more unstable. Neo restrined and made sure he didn't do so fully to disrupt Surp's chakra balance. Neo then stopped and took a deep breath and looked and examined every of aspect of Surp's stance.

"Come on Surp you gotta do better then that. I'll admit I'm impressed by your tactics, but I need to be "WOW'ed" I want you up there with me. Especially after I give you my gifts! Now come on it's your move!"

Neo then bends his knees and then make triangle with his hands right next to each other right infornt of his chest

Using more of his own chakra, Surp rebalances the lightning around him. But as he did, it seemed his Kage had begun to ready another attack. Surp instantly shifts his stance from a flexible defense to an evasive style. As Surp has to try and think of how to use the lightning to his advantage.

From what he can already assess, he himself has some natural ability to absorb and even manipulate lightning and electricity. This obviously helps in conserving chakra, but it's no good if the lightning has to stay around his body. Or so he was thinking. I'll have to try using it more as a weapon then a burden he thought. "Alright. Here I come!"

Jumping a small ways into the air, Surp's expression has entirely changed. Raising his leg up towards his chest, he spins and brings it down to hit the ground. On impact, some of the lightning breaks off and suddenly begins to blast its way towards Neo, a blade of slithering lighting. Surp though does not stop there. He leaps back onto his feet and launches towards the Kage following behind the lightning strike.

As he runs though, a large amount of the lightning around Surps body begins to flow towards his hands. But both his hands are cupped at his right hip, and in them, collects the lightning in all its force.

Neo stands up straight with his hands on his hip as the lightning strike goes towards Neo's position. When the strike is about two feet infront of Neo himself, alot of lightning gathers right between Neo's two feet into a very concentrated ball and shoots a stream aswell straight as the strike comming towards Neo. As the two masses meet it creates something like a wall of lightning. As soon as the two forces colliding Neo begins to walk to Surp's position cool and collected with his hands on his waist still.

"Come on Surp Boy! You gotta do better then that!"

As he runs towards Neo, the view of his lightning is dull in light. This is because lightning no longer exists there. There is only solidified chakra with what seems to be lightning inside it. Even though condensed chakra is dangerous, the lightning element added to it makes Surp completely immune to any odd effects it seems. As such, Surp seems to be wielding it with an expert hand as he moves one hand out and behind him, and the other still wielding the condensed chakra, is thrust at the senseis' chest. The speed of it exceeding what Surp had done before as it is condensed.

As Neo is running he sees a hand comming up towards his chest he spins his body counter-clockwise and grabbed at Surp's left wrist and yanked alittle to throw him off his balance as I pointed out my two fingers(middle and pointer) and infusing more lightning chakra into it went to go poke at him

Surp having kept is eyes widely open, saw the sensei's moves and instantly countered with his own. Surp skip-stepped, causing himself to flip up and into the air and over his Sensei's grasping hand. Landing onto the ground once again, Surp immediately twists around. As he comes to position to look at his sensei, he jumps back leaving the ball of compressed chakra and lightning to fall to the ground near his sensei.

As he jumps back, all that can be seen next is a great flash of intense light, tendrils of lightning shooting out as random bullets. Several of the tendrils hit Surpent himself but they are just reabsorbed by his body. When he lands, he slides on his feet until he comes to a halt, the lightning around him still there but not as bright. His body doesn't relax either. He knew it to be a powerful blow, even for a kage to withstand, but if his sensei was as good as he thought, he might have gotten out of it entirely or at least dampened the damage.

So he stood there watching the cloud of dust and listening to his surroundings. He was waiting for a sign of attack. Every inch of his body at attention for what he knew would most likely come. "Let's not... do that... again, for now." He sighed to himself after a moment and looked at his trembling right hand. Something else besides the fight seemed to be eating at the far reaches of his mind.

With the massive energy release it caused alot of dust to go everywhere. As surp was looking at his hand, the dust began to settle.You begin to see a rought outline throught the dust. As the dust completely settles you see that Neo is standing in the same place that he was before the blast. But there was a bigger "cloak" of lightning around him reaching approx 5 feet above Neo's head. Neo then turned around to look at Surp.

"That a Boy but it was stupid to hurt your self in the process and try to use lightning against the notorious Static Sage who is the best at lightning, But Good job I must say."

Neo then crossed his arms infornt oh his chest as the"cloak" got alot smaller to the point before. Neo then bent his knees and began to kneel as he quickly threw his hands out to his sides with his middle and pointer fingers pointing out as giant lightning strikes shot out of each set of fingers and hot mountains on eaither sides of the peak. Both of the mountains had damage almost all the way throught. Both mountains began to collapse.

"Good thing I have...well....a much much better version of your abilities! That was enought lightning for me to control easily but I don't want to hurt you are give you an oppurtunitiy to say this is more to one side then it is already. So lets go yet again."

Neo began to jump up and down to relax and then he began to lightly jog towards Surp position staring at Surp with his lightning "cloak" as it was from the begining of the battle

ooc: I have a question. I thought to train an element like a jutsu the posts need to be of 3 paragraphs and 6 posts. Sorry have been busy with family issues.

Surp stood there watching the mountains crumble. How is he supposed to beat or match a man who uses the same element but with more mastery. All that leaves for him is the use of taijutsu. But that would prove utterly useless against a Raiton Barrier such as his Senseis. But unwilling to stop trying, Surp reforms himself into the Tiger Stance. He would have to rely on strength and speed as well as cunning.

OOC: That's it, that was a training session. I said it wasn't mastered. This was Surps first time using it. He only had the idea before.

(OOC: We are still mastering it! That is why he has not used any jutsu yet and I do belive that is more then 3 paragraphs and 6 posts. Right now he is learning to emit lightning while moving and fighting with it and controlling it. So in my opinion atleast we are still learning to use lightning.)

Neo noticed the stance from the days we watched his dad train. Neo smirked and did the only formidable stance to that, PRAYING MANTHIS!

(While heavily armoured, it is not built to withstand forces from perpendicular directions. Consequently, its fighting style involves the use of whip-like/circular motions to deflect direct attacks, which it follows up with precise attacks to the opponent's vital spots.The hook is made of one to three fingers directing force in a whip-like manner. Shifting his weight onto the ball of his right foot, he readies himself. Studying his sensei, he could already tell the stance he was using. This would be a stand off between the some of the two most rivaled stances. He couldn't falter on this, he has to give it his best. So, deciding to wait, he watches his sensei carefully. Watching for his first move.

Keeping his hand in a hook he throws them to his side as he leans forward and begans to run towards Surp so fast that you can't see his feet. Neo runs and stops to the left side of Surp as he rips his arms around for both his hands to hook towards Surp's head. His arms were swung so that they come from the back of Surp to the front! But once he hooked Neo made sure to pull his feet up with out bending it so he wouldn't have much hang time.

This is the end result, and final unless overruled otherwise. Now, after a quick review, I noticed that the individual, surp in this situation is attempting to learn the lightning elemental. Now, I understand, that you need a certain amount of posting. Now making this simple, and fair, SEEING you guys already did some of the training. This is my way of thinking, since the individual in this case didn't 'properly' learn the elemental under the stated above regiment. There is only one proposal, I can offer. If the individual in this case, doesn't do the manner of 6 post and 3 para's. THE ultimate amount that atleast needs to be met is 15 paras, meaning 15 post(meaning adding up to 15 paras in training progress). So, if this isn't done properly, it will be incomplete or inproper training, however. That doesn't mean you have to start over, it means you need to complete the learning process. So, I'll allow the training to commence, however keep in mind. That the rules can be bended, but how far you bend them is the problem. As an Admin, and mediator of this event. In addition, I'll grant the possiblity of accumlatingg that amount of post with more para. For example 3 post with para's. Or 4 post with N/A amount of paras. Normally the ultimate goal is to learn the elemental. So, its best to not overcomplicate. So I declare that surp is still learning the Jutsu. That is all I have to say, and final. P.S If you have a remainer of a certain amount of para's needed. Its best to get that done for training purposes, and normal para's are atleast 5 sentences, but that's all. Oh, and you can take 'intermediate' traininG breaks, meaning, the moment isn't classifield or slipped as being training aswell. I mean, Naruto took breaks in training in the process aswell, as week or so.

As Neo swings his arms back at his side, just before he moves into his amazing speed run, Surp moves his body into the crane stance. This stance deals with waiting until the last opportune moment to strike. Usually used by leaving oneself open to attack, it is risky as Surp well knows, but the flexability and grace of this style makes it perfect for counters and successful strikes.

So, as his sensei hooks towards Surps' head, Surp analyzed his movements and suddenly dropped into a split. As he does, the lightning that is left around his body is suddenly channeled to his fists, and as the sensei would continue with his attempted hook at Surps' head and correction of his hangtime, Surp went for a powerful swing at Neo's mid-section. If it struck true, the lightning would be released as an added impact force to send his sensei flying away from him.

Neo looks at Surp's fist as it comes toward him and while in the air he could not physically move so Neo quiet a bit of his lightning chakra into his hands and as they aimed at the floor and gave off the energy they shoot Neo up about 7 feet up as when they stopped Neo was face down falling down aboveof Surp's position as he bended his knees to make his heel touch his boot and made his elbow touch his rib area as he fell.

Watching Neo shoot up into the air, Surp quickly moves to an offensive stance and leaps up into the air, his hands forming a single handsign for concentration infront of him.

Neo keeps falling not changing his motions but know keeps look at Surp to see his next move.

Roy flung him self up to the top finally. He looked to his right and "OH DAMN IT THEIR STAIRS HERE!?!?!" he yelled as he fell face first and thought "How could i not see the stairs." he thought with a sigh.

Keeping his form until he's just about reached Neo, Surp throws a kunai he quickly grabbed from his pouch at his sensei.

Neo quickly spun in mid air to barely dodge it as he now was in a squatting postion going feet first down and landed probably a foot or two away from Surp's postion. Neo stood up and waited for Surp to make his move he left his back to Surp.

Roy slid down the moutain and ran for the gates.

As he dodges the kunai, Surp flips backward and down towards Neo, his handsign now gone as he falls towards Neo's position. On his way though, Surp readies a powerful punch at his now landing sensei.
